Hilton Istanbul Maslak which was constructed by Summa Const. Inc., brings first-class hotel management approach into the heart of the business and entertainment world in Turkey.
Hilton Istanbul Maslak has joined 61 Hilton hotels already operating in Turkey and become the newest member of the flagship brand of the hospitality industry: Hilton Hotels & Resorts. The hotel, which is located 30 minutes away from Atatürk Airport and within walking distance of the metro, business centers, luxury shopping centers, and concert halls, offers 284 modern, spacious rooms including Deluxe Rooms, King Suite and Suite rooms. All rooms attract attention with their functional designs and exquisite city views. Guests staying on the executive floors enjoy the privilege of working or resting peacefully in the Executive Lounge, accompanied by a continental breakfast and delicious snacks.
As Ateksis Smart Technology Systems, we have designed, installed and commissioned professional audio, video, multimedia automation, live broadcasting infrastructure, and digital signage systems in Hilton Istanbul Maslak project. The materials used were selected from the products of the leading brands for the project designed for multi-purpose use.
Within the scope of the project, there are 22 meeting halls at the Hilton standards as well as Reception, Lobby, Lobby lounge, Zaxi restaurant - Bar, Spa-fitness, a ballroom which can be divided into three spaces, Cupalo event hall, Executive Lounges on the 24th, 26th, and 27th floors.
In the meeting halls, 2-way professional type ceiling speakers, whose numbers vary according to the size of the hall, wireless microphones, lectern microphones, full HD projectors in the range of 5000-6000 lumens and motorized projection screens are used. AV automation system allows technical crew and customers to perform sound, image, hall lighting and air conditioning control. Controls are carried out via a user-friendly interface created on the iPad.
2-way professional speakers and ceiling-type bass speakers to be able to give low-frequency sounds and are used in the Reception, Lobby and Lobby lounge areas. The center of the system is in the reception, and the volume control is done via the interface loaded on the computer in the reception.
2-way professional type ceiling speakers and ceiling-type bass speakers are used at the indoor part of the Zaxi Restaurant & Bar, while 2-way cabin speakers are used at the outdoor part. In the system center, on the other hand, there are amplifiers with ample power to feed these speakers as well as music sources. Audio and general lighting control is carried out using an IPad through a user-friendly interface.
SPA consists of a waiting area, massage rooms, and an indoor swimming pool. Each area is designed as a different zone group. While being controlled from the computer in the reception, all regions can also be managed independently via the level control switches in every zone.
In the fitness area, there are 2-way cabin speakers with a power of 100 Watts, and 10” bass speakers of 350 Watts power. The center of the system is located in the trainer’s room and, the volume can be adjusted and different music sources can be selected via the panel in the hall.
For the ballroom which is separable into three spaces, an infrastructure system compatible with the room’s changing form was prepared. In accordance with this variable structure, each section can work independently and the hall can work as a whole.
2-way professional type ceiling speakers of 60 Watts are used for the speaker system. By considering various scenarios due to the structure of the room, connection panels were installed at many points in the hall. These connection panels allow professional portable audio systems (Speakers, Bass Speakers, Screen Speakers) to be easily connected to the stage which may be desired to be installed in any area in the room.
There are two 600x375-cm and one 400x225-cm screens in the video system. Projectors with a resolution of 1920x1080 were used according to the size of the hall and the screens of this size. As is for the speaker system, connection panels were placed at many points of the stage. Any desired image is transmitted to the screens in the hall, from the control room or any other source to be connected to connection panels thanks to the HDMI matrix switcher in the system center.
The AV automation system offers one each 5-inch touch-operated control panel mounted to the wall for each separable room. These panels allows audio, video and hall lighting to be controlled via an IPad.
150-Watt cabin speakers, which are suitable to the architecture of the hall, were selected for the sound system of Cupalo Event Hall. As is in the ballroom, connection panels were placed in the stage part of the hall. Thanks to these connection panels, professional portable audio systems (Speakers, Bass Speakers, and Screen Speakers) can be connected and used.
The video system includes 5 projectors with a resolution of 1920x1080 and 5 projection screens of size 250 cm x 156 cm. Any desired image is transmitted to the screens in the hall, from the control room or any other source to be connected to connection panels thanks to the matrix switcher in the system center.
Sound, image and hall lighting can be controlled by AV automation system.
In the sound system of Executive Lounges on the 24th and 26th floors, 2-way professional type ceiling speaker was used. Amplifiers of compatible power were provided for these speakers. Sound and lighting can be controlled by AV Automation system.
The sound system of Executive Lounges on the 27th floor offers 2-way professional cabin speakers of a power of 100 Watts, handhold and headband type wireless microphones.
In the video system, a portable screen with a size of 350 cm x 218 cm and a projector of a resolution of 1920x1080 with a special lens were provided. As in the other places; the audio, image, and lighting systems are controlled by the AV automation system through an IPad.
In addition to professional audio, image, multimedia automation, live broadcast infrastructure, and digital signage systems of the project, procurement and commissioning of the building electronics systems were also implemented by Ateksis.
In the scope of Building Electronics, Siemens Cerberus series was used in the fire detection system. The fire detection system consisting of approximately 3.000 addressed points is controlled via two fire alarm panels in the operation center. 325 smoke detector bases with siren were used in the hotel rooms, each of which are addressed separately from the center and warn the guest in the hotel room in priority as required by the scenario. As visual warnings connected to the fire detection system, there are addressed flashers which are directly connected to the fire loop. This enables each flasher to be operated separately, while a certain floor or fire zone can also be activated synchronously as desired in the scenario.
The rope call equipment used in the unhindered rooms at the hotel can also be integrated into the fire detection system via the access module and monitored from the 24-hour security center.
In Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) or camera security system, Bosch-branded cameras were used. The structure having a total of 250 cameras of internal, external and motion types allows the system center registration to be performed with Bosch VRM and system management to be performed with Duetron Video Management Software. With 8 monitors in the operation center, both live images and the recorded images up to the past 30 days, when required, can be viewed.
The hotel’s emergency public address and music broadcasting system are provided by Bosch’s high-end digital devices, Praesideo series in particular. The structure, on which the sound signals are transmitted digitally and all system components are fully supervised, consists of a total of 48 speaker zones. The mentioned emergency public address system is used both to direct the hotel guests properly in emergencies and to broadcast background music to the desired speaker zones. As is the fire detection system, the entire equipment belonging to the public address system was selected in accordance with EN54 standards. Thanks to the end-of-line cards used in the loudspeaker lines, the operator can see which area is having problems in the event of any line breaking or short-circuit. Thanks to its own power and battery units, the system continues to operate even if the energy coming from the UPS is cut off.
Conference Systems and TV Broadcast System Integration at Tripoli Convention Center
Situated on a land of 23.000 square meters with cutting-edge technology, Tripoli Convention Center, the largest convention center in Africa, comprises 1 main hall and 5 convention halls. The project features the entire portfolio of conference and simultaneous interpretation systems by Bosch.
The main hall of the convention center has been designed in a fashion to host meetings of the African Union. In addition to flush mount conference units (31 pieces) and 8 language interpretation systems, it is equipped with 12 HD cameras by Sony. Some cameras are run by an operator while others automatically focus on any active speaker thanks to an automatic camera control software and display the image on a screen and TV broadcast.
The hall differs from its counterparts thanks to Sony HD - Bosch DCN integration offered by the software developed by Ateksis technical team. The software features a diverse set of functions such as audio recording, and allowing participants to listen to speakers to an intelligible and sufficient extent for audio, vote electronically and call the roll, and listen to simultaneous interpretation.
Camera systems enable to record audio and videos for meetings. Audio and video signals are linked to video conference systems, connecting halls far from each other by audio and video. That the cameras are capable of automatically turning to the speaking delegate and adjusting proximity accordingly makes it easier for operators and offers a high-quality video conference connection. On the other hand, the automatic camera control offers smooth and satisfactory recordings for meetings. In addition, other convention halls and presidential hall are equipped with analog and digital conference & simultaneous interpretation systems by Bosch, as well as one wireless mobile conference system.
All electric contracts are undertaken by System İnşaat while the project also features Preasideo General Speaker and Emergency Announcement systems by Bosch.
Shahdag Palace and Five Star Hotel Projects
The project covers two 5-star hotels stretching over 50.000 m² of land. Palace Hotel and Five Star Hotel are home to a total of 331 rooms as a part of the Shahdag Winter Tourism Complex Project situated in the district of Gusar renowned for unrivaled natural scene, 250 km. south of Baku, the capital town of Azerbaijan.
The hotels are intended to render the best services possible for domestic and international tourists throughout the year, especially in winter. The project was erected by Pasha Construction, and all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works were assumed by AE Arma-Elektropanç as a technical contractor.
Ateksis also delivered IP CCTV, Emergency Announcement, Overall Music Broadcast, Fire Detection, Fire Telephone, Burglar Alarm and Building Integration System solutions that allow to gather all under one single umbrella for low-voltage current systems of the hotels.
IP CCTV system is equipped with a total of 287 IP cameras including 157 at Palace Hotel, and 130 at Five Star Hotel. Indoor cameras are 200 series fixed dome IP cameras in harmony with the architectural style while outdoor and carpark cameras are of HD-resolution NBN-921 series. The system is run by Bosch Video Management Software (BVMS). Records are kept in ISCSI recording units. A total of 28 monitors including 14 at each hotel offer a view through professional work stations.
The Fire Detection System is equipped with Bosch modular FPA-5000 series fire alarm panels with a capacity of 2048 spots at Palace Hotel and 1800 spots at Five Star Hotel. The bottoms of optical smoke detectors in hotel rooms are equipped with buzzers to offer optimal safety for guests against any potential fire. The Palace Hotel also runs on two repetition panels that allow one to check the system at distant spots. Titanus series air sampling detection technology is installed for vulnerable spots (server rooms) for fire detection across the hotel.
The fire detection system is equipped with Bosch Fire Telephones including 21 at Palace Hotel, and 18 at Five Star Hotel. The telephone stations are mounted along with their own panel and intercom telephone units to offer intercommunication with the control center.
The Emergency Announcement System relies on Praesideo series, the top-notch digital audio platform by Bosch. The Palace Hotel is home to a total of 14 emergency announcement spots while Five Star Hotel is equipped with 12 of them. The speakers are of compliance with the architectural style and supplied along with metal fire drones and ceramic connectors that meet international standards.
The Overall Music Broadcast System is designed independently of the emergency announcement system and of Praesideo series. Both common spaces (such as lobby) and private halls (spa rooms) where music broadcast is on are decorated with custom-made metal channel selection and sound control units. These units are in direct contact with a main control unit to select any music channel and adjust volume.
The Burglar Alarm System relies on the top-notch MAP-5000 panels by Bosch at both hotels. Linked to input modules deployed on site, finite elements can be addressed by means of input modules, and the control center can view the status in an address. Magnetic contacts, PIR detectors and panic buttons are put to use as finite elements to view the state of emergency exits in particular. MAP-5000 panels are integrated with the building integration system via an OPC module, offering a capability to operate in cooperation with other systems under one single umbrella.
As a part of the Building Integration System, IP CCTV and Fire Detection & Burglar Alarm Systems run independently at both hotels via one single software. This allows to monitor finite elements, alerts and failures on a map, and make sure that the systems operate in full integration depending on any scenario.
Dakar International Congress Center equipped by Ateksis!
Kicked off in Dakar, Senegal, the project was designed to host the 15th Summit of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF). Ateksis achieved a major international success thanks to its solutions dedicated to the project.
Introduced in Dakar, Senegal under the title of Centre International de Conférence de Diamniadio (CICD), the project was designed to host 15th Summit of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF). The 15th Francophone Summit was a kind gesture by then-President of Senegal Macky Sall and Francophonie to the senior president as the latest edition of the summit was organized in his own country and chaired by the secretary general of Francophonie who previously served for 3 terms (2002-2014). It was a matter of great prestige for the Senegalese government to show the whole world that she could build a modern international convention center in the district of Diamniadio far from downtown with no infrastructure in place. In addition, the broadcast by TV5 Monde, one of the world's top 3 television networks, was a major opportunity to promote the country throughout the event to be attended by heads of government and diplomats from 65 countries. The project was supposed to be completed only in 9 months as it was of diplomatic importance for Senegal and Francophonie, and one tiny mistake could result in a major disappointment as the whole world would be watching. The Senegalese government assigned this critical mission to Summa that opted for Ateksis as the subcontractor of professional systems. Having previously delivered the Sipopo Congress Center with flying colors in a more limited time and under similar circumstances, Turkish companies proved once again by their performance that it was the right call to put trust in them. 42 meter-wide multi-purpose main hall is equipped with Event series speakers by D.A.S. Audio, and sub-woofers by Aero series, along with left/middle/right array configurations. Each array comprises 8 pieces of Event210A (2×10” + 1.5” HF) three-way speakers and 3 pieces of LX218CRA (2 x 18”) active sub-woofers. Front seats are backed by 8 sets of DAS Artec 526A (2×6” + 1” HF) front-fill speakers embedded under the stage. All the speakers are disguised by acoustic permeable panels in harmony with the architectural style. The multi-purpose stage features DAS Action M12A active stage monitors to meet the needs for audio monitors. The positions, angles and latency time of each speaker were designated by acoustic models created through AFMG EASE modules at the stage of designing them all in consideration of criteria for acoustic ergonomics. Site measurements were performed by NTI Audio XL2 Acoustic Analyzer at the start-up stage. The configuration of BSS BLU-160 DSP relied on the data generated to offer homogeneous audio distribution and maximum intelligibility. The mixing, processing and transmission of all audio sources are provided by BSS Soundweb London's products and London Architect's custom-made interface, and 3 mixing consoles by Soundcraft Si Performer are integrated with the overall system by means of a BLU-Link option card, offering a capability to control all inputs of outputs of an operator via one single digital mixer. In addition, DMX interface of the console is communicated to Lite-Putter Dimmers, offering convenience to control De Sisti Leonardo Series stage lights via the same mixer. Stretching over nearly 2000 square meters, 1200-seated hall features Christie Roadster HD20K-J 18K ANSI Lumen (20K Central Lumen) video projector and Da-Lite 416” engine-driven curtain for video presentation. Comprising HDMI and HD/SDI video signals to a great extent, the system runs on video extenders, matrix switchers and distribution amplifiers by Extron renowned for its quality and reliability for the transmission, processing, switching and distribution of images. Avitech Titan 9000 Multiviewer serves as a multi-image processor. In an effort to enable any operator to control the whole video system via one single point, an automation system powered by Extron's IP Link control processor and touch screen control panel was established, and an automation interface was designed for operational needs. Based on the dynamics of the multi-purpose hall, the conference, audio, video and control link requirements are met by means of custom-made link panels compatible with the architectural style as they are embedded in critical spots on the stage to respond to needs as a part of various scenarios.

As a part of Integrus Wireless Digital Language Distribution System, Bosch's DCN Flash Mount built-in delegate units are mounted into the armrests of 75 presidential chairs on a 4-layer mobile platform on the stage. The connections between delegate interfaces mounted into the platform and modules embedded in armrests are organized to offer convenience for the mobility of the platform and seats. Interpretation rooms and mobile interpretation booths by Audipack Silent series on the stage are equipped with BON BEM-182 HD/SDI broadcast monitors for high quality and low latency, Bosch DCN-IDESK interpreter desks and Bosch LBB 9095 interpreter headsets, offering 16 interpreters all the capabilities that they may need during simultaneous interpretation. Participants listen to interpretation channels through Bosch's Integrus Wireless Digital Language Distribution System that offers audio distribution for up to 32 individual channels. Fed by a 16-channel INT-TX 16 central unit, infrared Integrus radiators cover the entire hall, and provides participants with interpretation through Integrus pocket-size receivers. Designed to respond to particular requirements of conference practices, Bosch HD Conference Dome cameras are integrated with the DCN system by means of DCN-HD Automatic Camera Control software. The system was designed in a way to display the image of any speaker taking the floor on the stage's curtain and monitors of interpreters and operators without any need for an action by an operator. Providing Full HD with 10 ms. of latency off a HD/SDI video output, the Conference Dome cameras prevent any delay in transmission of images, which is crucially important for simultaneous interpreters in particular, and any failure in audio/video synchronization.

Capability for the right frequency discrimination
Designed to host diplomatic meetings, the presidential hall boasts 5 bow-shaped tables that create a 20 meter-diameter circle, with a total of 75 Bosch DCN-DISCS delegate units. All the cables of the DCN system are hidden in invisible spots of the console. Delegates are able to submit digital or analog audio and video by junction panels and Extron's transmitters placed under each table and designed in line with the architectural style. Speaker, video, projection, camera and language distribution systems were designed in 4 configurations with 90 degree intervals since the hall is in a circular shape. The speaker system is equipped with speakers and sub-woofers by D.A.S. Audio's Reference series globally acknowledged for the past 20 years now, and with Professional Power Amplifiers of D-Series. RF-12.85 steerable horn speakers and RF-118 horn-bass sub-woofers helped to get a perfect frequency response and coverage in speech frequencies in particular. Featuring an architectural style that fits for feedbacks from the acoustic perspective, the hall is decked out with a solution to make minimum concessions to frequency range by means of BSS BLU-100
DSP in consideration of various microphone usage habits and speech characteristics of 75 individual delegates. Thanks to the parametric equalizer integrated onto the real-time frequency analyzer, the custom-made interface offered a capability for operators inside the hall and the control room to discriminate right frequencies before any feedback is initiated inside the hall. Manufactured in Norway and optimized in consideration of operation for 24/7, video projectors of Projection Design F32 series by Barco serve as a part of the video system. Mounted onto engine-driven lifts compatible with the ceiling's architectural style, 4 projectors were reflected onto an engine-driven 240" Da-Lite curtain. This allowed to design the video system in a way to be totally hidden whenever it is not operational. The transmission, processing, switching and distribution of video signals were provided by Extron's products with no compromise on quality and reliability. The system is put on automation by Extron's IP Link series.

Bosch DCN Conference Software
Bosch's DCN Conference Software capabilities were put to use to respond to high demands and expectations of Francophonie meetings. 4 individual user interfaces were designed for needs on the computers of 4 individual operators. The speaker's video image that was automatically captured on the projector's curtains was displayed inside the hall by being embedded in the list of delegates waiting for their turn to take the floor. Upon the request of Francophonie, a dedicated notification interface was designed for the secretary general to be displayed in 50 monitors in front of him/her. In addition to the control room with total control over the whole system, the system was designed in a way to allow for Duoson Multimedia operators to easily control audio, video and DCN systems through the operational center established inside the hall. Senegal hosted a major event attended by heads of governments and diplomats from 65 French-speaking countries as the whole world was watching on TV5 Monde across the globe. Going beyond expectations and attracting great appreciation from all the participants, the convention center was named after Abdou Diouf. The Senegalese Minister of Communication announced the government's plan and goal to establish a 25-hectare technology town equipped with a budget of $ 120 million in Diamniadio that came into prominence thanks to the Francophonie Summit. Ateksis accomplished another critical international mission and managed to get the thumbs up, offering professional products and smart solutions.
A CONFERENCE SYSTEM FOR ANKARA METROPOLITAN CITY COUNCIL
Equipped with Bosch conference systems, Ankara Metropolitan City Council now joins other Turkish and global city councils.
The conference system had been originally installed while the city council was being built, and become dysfunctional in time, going out of service earlier this year, and Ankara Metropolitan Municipality took action to purchase a new system. Bosch DCN Flush Mount conference systems were purchased upon the recommendation of Ateksis following the award of a contract and a thorough analysis. The replacement of all infrastructure cables and rugs, preparation of tables for equipment mounting, importation of materials and the setup and operationalization of the system were all completed in two months.
160 embedded delegate and 1 desktop chair units were mounted as a part of the system. The chair's position is equipped with a touch screen and a power-operated control panel. The system is also reinforced by the addition of 2 motion cameras and a video matrix unit. A control computer was provided to run control software. The conference system was integrated with the current audio and recording systems.
As a part of the system, a microphone and ID card- controlled electronic voting module were mounted in each delegate's position. The units were embedded in the table to offer a wider space for delegates to work in, and put together an esthetic system outlook. The system allows city council members to speak where they are seated and take part in electronic voting.
Three motion cameras placed across the hall are run in coordination with the conference system to automatically display by a projection device on a large screen the image of any delegate taking the floor. This allows any delegate seated in front of and behind a delegate taking the floor to watch him/her on a large screen. Situated in the chair's position, the touch-screen control panel enables the chair to have control over the conference system. Whenever it is not on, the panel becomes a same face, being embedded in the table thanks to its engine. The chair views any delegate requesting to take the floor on a diagram of the hall. He/she can view any delegate waiting for his/her turn and turn off the microphone of any delegate and conclude their speech. He/she can also initiate and conclude any electronic voting procedure and monitor results on a graphic screen. He/she can distinguish the color of votes cast by each delegate on a graphic screen of seats. Each speaker is assigned with a certain period of time and can check the time left to conclude his/her speech. The microphone is automatically turned off by the end of time if required. Situated in delegate positions and chair's unit, ID card readers can automatically tell where each delegate is seated. The diagram of the hall on the chair's control panel automatically displays the names of delegates. A vote is cast by card authorization or without any card.
The layout of the operator's room was renovated, with the room being expanded and the device closet was replaced. Any device up and running was moved into a new device closet, and the cables were replaced. Put into operation thanks to the self-sacrificing efforts exerted by the technical staff of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, the system is already getting credit for its design, convenience and capacity.
The First and Sole Five-Star Hotel in Amara: Maysan Kurmick Hotel
Rendering a top-level accommodation service under the guidance of Kurmick A.Ş., Maysan Kurmick Hotel has been equipped by Ateksis with a fire detection system, a speaker system, a card pass system and IP CCTV Systems.
Named after Kurmick. A.Ş., its investor, Maysan Kurmick Hotel is situated on a total of 15.000 square meters in Maysan, Amara right by the Tigris, offering accommodation services for guests as the first and sole 5-star hotel around the town.
Kurmick Hotel is home to 128 rooms, 4 meeting halls, a swimming pool, spa, a conference hall, restaurants of world cuisines, a ball room, various stores and offices within the body of a Business Center.
Providing guests with unparalleled accommodation with equipments that meet the international standards, the hotel appeals to a variety of taste buds at a la carte restaurants. The meeting halls in various sizes perfectly meet the needs of the business world, and the ball room hosts different events and guests as a part of top-quality service mindset. The first floor of the hotel houses offices to rent in various sizes within the body of a Business Center.
Rendering a top-level accommodation service under the guidance of Kurmick A.Ş., Maysan Kurmick Hotel has been equipped by Ateksis with a fire detection system, a speaker system, a card pass system and IP CCTV Systems.
The project, for which Bosch products are furnished, is rigged with FSM-2500, Bosch's user-friendly graphics monitoring software with extended map management introduced for the fire detection system with 2500 detection spots that offer 12 loops.
The Speaker and Emergency Announcement Systems are equipped with Bosch Plena System that meets all the requirements of EN54-16 and ISO-7241-16 that serve as international emergency announcement standards. The system is home to 24 zones in total, 5 Plena-series 1000W and 240W amplifiers that power up the zones. And there is an emergency announcement call station that enables to make all the calls to all the zones.
The card-pass system adopts Bosch's card-pass panels and software to check the equipments monitored and controlled over the gate of the hotel. ACCESS PE software has provided the management and security of 10000 records in a database.
Bosch products are adopted for the hotel's CCTV system including all cameras, recording devices and monitoring software. DIVAR IP 7000 and 6000-series recording and storing device family makes sure the cameras properly records, offering management capabilities. Autodome, Box, Bullet and Dome cameras by Bosch have been situated at various spots of the hotel in a way to allow for excellence in security. Bosch's Autodome 7000 pan-tilt-zoom ( PTZ )-series cameras have boosted the interior-exterior security of hotel by the instrument of HD 1080p resolution that offers clear images. In addition, the Hotel's facade has been equipped with 1080p outdoor cameras that come with an infrared illuminator with a variable focus lens. The security of the hallways within the hotel is ensured by dome cameras. The spots, which pose a high risk in the entrance, have been provided with high-resolution Box cameras.
Kigali Convention Center, the heartland of Africa
Ateksis delivered fire detection, emergency announcement and card pass systems, a rope-equipped calling instrument for disabled people, carbon monoxide detection for parking lots, as well as conference, professional audio, video and automation systems for Kigali Convention Center that hosts international events.
The security systems are combined under one single umbrella by means of Bosch BIS and building management software. The management of closed circuit television system equipped with IP cameras by Bosch, and of card pass system runs on Duetron software developed by Ateksis.
Kigali Convention Center was built in an effort to host high-level international events in the capital town of Kigali, Rwanda. It was constructed by Summa, one the leading Turkish construction companies with a background of many and major international projects. EMP works of the project are assumed by D&T that boasts an extensive portfolio of many international projects.
The facility comprises three promises: hotel, convention center and an outbuilding. The 5-star hotel with 292 rooms and the convention center are run by the group Radission Blu. The meeting halls, ball rooms, divisible exhibition halls and 2600-seated arena are designed in a fashion to host international events, concerts, festivals, exhibitions and a variety of occasions as a part of the convention center.
The fire detection system boasts Bosch FPA-5000 detection panel that stands out in safety, convenience and flexibility, and other compatible detection elements on site. FAP series detectors deployed across the facility and FNM series siren-equipped floor plugs in hotel rooms provide guests with safety for their life and timely communication of alerts. The ceiling of the lobby and the dome of the arena are equipped with beam-type smoke detectors of Fireray 50 RV series. 3 FPA-5000 panels and a total of 50 loops and nearly 5000 close detection spots are run by Bosch BIS building management software across the entire facility. The systems status and alert details are displayed in real time on a computer interface through layouts. Any management system procedure is monitored by a graphic interface, offering a capability to run affiliated systems and issue reports. 3 panels are operated in tandem with a back-up network via CANBUS. A fire scenario acknowledged by Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group on a global scale offers safety for any case of fire. To this end, the status of any current switch, butterfly valves, and failures, alerts and gas flow of gaseous extinguishing systems, positions of dampers and fire pumps, and status of MCC panels are communicated to a graphic interface by means of fire detection system's monitoring units. The activation of audio and luminous warning systems, emergency announcement system, elevators, card-pass gates, fire and smoke dampers, stairs pressurization fans, car park JetFans, and other MCC mechanical air conditioning devices is controlled on a regional and general basis.
The emergency announcement system is of Praesideo, the flagship of Bosch speaker systems. Designed in line with fire detection, the system comprises 3 sub-centers. It also features speakers that fit for the architectural style and meet international standards with nearly 30 multi-channel amplifiers and 60 audio spots. 3 sub-centers are linked to the building control center that hosts call stations to be activated in case of emergency. The system is safeguarded by active back-up amplifiers and 48V battery feeders activated in case of any failure and power cut.
The project features 430 IP cameras running on HD technology. The recording medium is equipped with ISCSI storage units with a capacity of 16 hard disks powered by Raid 5 technology with a capacity of 480 TB. Duetron video management and video wall management software by Ateksis are run for management and monitoring purposes. The outdoor parking lots boast NUC series panoramic cameras, with VG5-7220 series motion cameras in high spots of the premises, and NTI-50022 series cameras in technical spaces and outbuildings, NIN-51022 series cameras in indoor spaces, and VOT-320 series thermal cameras on fences and walls of the premises. IVA smart video analysis technology optimizes the security for monitoring purposes.
Equipped with 2600 seats, the arena features DICENTIS, a new product by Bosch that has caused a stir in the market as it has been leading the conference industry for 65 years now. Built on OMNEO network, the system offers audio and video transmission, file sharing and presentation capabilities via a standard IP platform.
Any delegate is able to view any document (word/excel/powerpoint/pdf files, images, audio, video) shared by an operator through 7" touch screens of Android-based multimedia units, and surf the net on a browser, monitor any live presentation made by means of a computer in the same network or run any Android-based application uploaded beforehand.
Such new qualities enable the DICENTIS system to respond to all requirements of an international convention via one single device, and pave the way for the removal of e-conferencing tablet PCs, voting instruments and delegate computers from convention tables.
Fed by their own dedicated system cable through DICENTIS central units by Bosch, delegate units are connected by a standard network cable by the addition of a PoE switch to the system, offering a smooth expansion for the system. As the system software is based on a license per delegate, new delegates and features can be easily added to the system.
The simultaneous interpretation system is equipped with DCN system that is compatible with ISO 2603 and considered an industrial standard among interpreters for years now. 2-person interpretation booths feature two DCN-IDESK digital interpretation units and one BON HD-SDI monitor. This communicates any image of the automatic camera system activated along with conference units in meetings held at the arena to interpreters. DICENTIS and DCN were integrated by PRS-4OMI4 OMNEO Interface. The infrared language distribution is run by Bosch INTEGRUS system out of the same product line.
Nine convention halls, a ball room with capability to be divided into three sections, a multi-purpose exhibition hall with capability to be divided into four sections, and 2600-seated arena are now equipped with speakers and amplifiers by BOSE. The backbone of the system relies on DANTE protocol based on a standard IP network. The whole mixing, signal processing and routing are run by Radius, a 64x64 channel Dante digital audio processor by Symetrix. Some custom-made scenarios and interfaces were drawn up to respond to customer needs in cooperation with Radisson's AV team throughout the whole project.
4 Led walls were built for the 2600-seated circular arena. 3mm pixel-pitch and front service-equipped screens are now capable of communicating images independently of each other by means of Extron Video Matrix. The ball room separable into three parts and exhibition halls separable into four parts are equipped with PHWU series projectors by Barco, an industrial powerhouse, and curtains with proper sizes by US-based Draper. Audio and video transmission between locations are offered by the applicable network by means of H.264 encoders and decoders.
Covered by 6 Conference Dome cameras by Bosch situated at every 60 degrees, the circular arena features DICENTIS camera control module that automatically communicates the image of any delegate onto conference unit screens and Led walls.
Designed in consideration of multi-purpose hall dynamics, junction boxes offer audio and video transmission or network connection by means of analog audio inputs, custom-made DICENTIS plugs and CAT6 cables.
AV and lighting control is programmed by means of Extron's automation system in line with customer needs as a result of exchange of views with the company. Users are now classified by multi-stage password protection and authorizations are granted for a great deal of procedures ranging from simple scenario shortcut keys to replacement of thorough system parameters.
The facility, a landmark for the country and one of the top convention centers in Africa, is built on a land of 80.000 m² in an authentic architectural style. The center hosted its very first major event on the occasion of the 27th African Union Summit organized on July 10 to 18, 2016.
Awaza Convention Center equipped by Ateksis
Ateksis delivered the setup of professional audio, light, video and live broadcast infrastructure systems in the city of Turkmenbashi, Turkmenistan as a part of the project "Awaza Convention Center" for which Polimeks İnşaat with a background of many prestigious projects across the globe served as the main contractor.
Having previously delivered major projects such as 211 meter-long Ashkhabad Television Tower made into the Guinness World Records, and Ashkhabad Concert and Theater Hall, Polimeks ran another imposing project in Turkmenbashi. The project features 7720 m² of indoors on a land of 130.000 square meters. The 9-floor project boasts a 2000-seated multi-purpose hall, a 500-seated convention hall, and meeting halls with a capacity of 122, 103 and 80 seats respectively. In addition, 450-seated and 250-seated banquet halls, 150-seated press hall, 60-seated assembly hall, 17-seated meeting hall for heads of government, a ceremonial hall, and bilateral exchange halls for government officials and a VIP movie theater serve as complementary halls as a part of the complex.
The prestigious convention center spares a private study and recreation rooms dedicated to the President of Turkmenistan and guest heads of governments. 750 square-meter stage, 65 square-meter portable orchestral platform and 800-seated balcony and 2000-seated multi-purpose hall are all designed to meet technical requirements of many events ranging from multinational conventions and large-scale concerts to theater and opera plays. Professional speaker, lighting and A/V video systems, live broadcast infrastructure systems, conference and simultaneous interpretation systems were all supplied, mounted, integrated and put into operation by Ateksis.
2000-seated convention hall is equipped with systems that serve the abovementioned purposes, with top-notch products by leading brands. The audio system features more than 100 cabin-type speakers and 68 amplifier channels. 192-channel digital audio mixers are deployed in communication with the fiber optic infrastructure to serve for the stage and the control room. The professional lighting system of the stage is designed in a flexible and multi-layer setup, and capable of adorning any event with mesmerizing effects. The system boasts 80 moving wash and spot lights along with more than two hundred regular lights to capture thorough lighting effects. The system features a 288-channel digital dimmer unit. The system control is backed up by a light control desk as well as a software installed on the computer.
The hall is equipped with a LED wall screen with 6 mm pixel pitch in the size of 15 m. x 8.5 m. situated within the stage as an imaging system. This screen is suspended by an engine-based mechanism in line with the multi-purpose and moving characteristics of the stage. Weighing more than eight tons, the screen is mounted in a way to be hidden in a soffit cavity with six sets of two-ton engines. Conference and interpretation systems are designed in a way to host international events. Organized in the aftermath of the launch of the premises, a charge d'affaires meeting attended by envoys of various countries saw the broadcast of all speeches in 6 languages for 2000 participants, attracting a major appreciation. 500-seated convention hall, which is the second largest one across the complex, boasts a multimedia setup compatible with international events. In line with the architectural projects and in consideration of reflective characteristics of materials inside the hall, acoustic simulation projects are adopted for the sound system, with speakers placed and set in accordance with the projects.
The sound system boasts 2 sets of 4-line array speakers on the right and left sides of the stage, and 2 auxiliary sub-woofers and 4 monitor speakers to offer impeccable sound quality. The digital network processing and amplification system offer a total of 110 dB in volume. The lighting system of the stage is powered by 12 LED spotlights downstage and 8 LED spotlights on the stage based on the size of the stage. The system is run by a computer in the control room or by IPAD to offer convenience for users to be mobile.
In addition, the general lighting setup of the hall is integrated with the overall system, offering a capability to create various groups of scenario in line with needs of users. The video system allows for any presentation and movie to be displayed at a distance of 30 meters thanks to a curtain that is more than 25 square meters in size. The hall is equipped with broadcast capability in 6 languages. Interpreters are able to view images of speakers on a screen in front of them thanks to HD Conference cameras inside the hall as they interpret, and each language interpreted through interpretation booths is transmitted to wireless interpretation headsets running on RF technology to offer an uninterrupted audio quality for the audience. Situated on the 3rd floor of the premises, 122-seated, 103-seated and 80-seated convention halls are designed to respond to needs for small-scale meetings and seminars. The speaker system features 2-way speakers that are considered to be compatible with the audio quality and the architectural style. In line with needs established, wireless microphones and digital conference units offer an uninterrupted sound quality, getting the thumbs up.
The video system relies on convenient projection devices in consideration of the size of halls and extent of lighting. It is designed in a way to host small-scale meetings and seminars, relying on an engine-driven curtain that fits for the size of the hall. Also known as the elliptical hall, 17-seated convention hall dedicated for heads of government, one of the most spectacular halls in the complex, is equipped with custom-made golden built-in conference units and engine-driven monitors by Bosch to offer technological privilege for the hall. Integrated with the conference system, the cameras that automatically turn to any delegate taking the floor and images transmitted to monitors in front of delegates and LCD screens in four corners of the hall are widely appreciated. 150-seated press briefing hall is equipped with a 3x3 LCD video wall screen, and audio distribution panels and line array speakers for press members.
The hall is home not only to an extremely elegant architectural style but also to a spectacular view for the amazing Caspian sea. The ground floor of the facility houses two banquet halls designed to host ball and cocktail parties. One of the halls has 450 seats and can be separated into two parts. The other one is home to 250 seats. The halls are equipped with high-resolution movie projectors and engine-driven curtains to serve as a part of video systems. The cameras positioned inside the hall help viewing the hall from the control room and transmitting images to other halls. Situated on the ground floor, the VIP movie theater features a digital movie machine, a movie processor and amplifiers along with speakers of a 5+1 sound system. The fabric-coated interior design of the hall offers a compact and high-quality movie experience. All the halls and control rooms of the premises communicate by means of intercom systems. To this end, a total of 16 technical rooms are equipped with a 24-button digital intercom panel, and 14 freespeak beltpacks for wireless communication. The room where live broadcast vehicles would come near is decked out with hybrid, triax and fiber optic cabling in 28 spots of the premises for infrastructure purposes. Each junction panel is equipped with two or three hybrid and triax camera links and 8 core fiber optic end points. The cables for live broadcast infrastructure are provided by globally-acknowledged manufacturers. In addition, HD-SDI signals are transmitted from each hall by fiber optic. 40x40 video router helps exchanging images and sounds transmitted from halls and live broadcast vehicles.
The cabling system goes off the halls into this room in eight channels of analog audio cables, offering audio communication among the halls and between live broadcast vehicles and halls. This, for instance, provides all halls and live broadcast vehicles with images and videos of any activity in the 2000-seated multi-purpose hall. Data communication infrastructure of multimedia systems relies on professional systems independently of the building's IT system. The audio and video systems that require a high bandwidth is organized by Ateksis as it is no longer a burden on the building's IT system. To this end, the connection room for live broadcast vehicles is considered a hub, with fiber optic cable infrastructure in place among all control rooms. Comprising more than thirty members, Ateksis team takes pride in delivering such a prestigious project with flying colors in more than 2 years that took for project design, supervision, mounting test and operation.
Ateksis at Dakar Sport Arena
Ateksis put together a professional stands speaker system, video distribution and automation, live broadcast connection infrastructure, audio, light, video and automation systems for a conference hall in line with project design, supply, mounting and operationalization services.
The system allows to pick any media and image transmitted to massive LED screens in four corners of a hall. Such images and scoreboard details are communicated to the press hall, team and referee rooms through a dedicated network.
Built by the construction company Summa in Dakar, the capital town of Senegal, Dakar Sport Arena was officially launched as a part of a ceremony on August 8, 2018. The launching ceremony was attended by the Senegalese President, the Minister of Sports and the Minister of Public Works, as well as the Turkish Minister of Sports and Turkey's Ambassador to Senegal. Previously constructed and delivered by Summa, the facility that neighbors a Convention Center and a Hotel is located in the district of Diamniado where a modern version of Dakar is forged.
The construction efforts had been kicked off in the late 2017 to be completed only in 9 months. Built to host basketball, volleyball and futsal games with a capacity of 15.000 seats in total, the facility also features 8 VIP lounges, 6 locker rooms, a press conference hall, a media contact center and stores.

The professional stands speaker system features speakers and amplifiers by Das Audio, digital audio processors by Symetrix, audio mixers and monitor speakers by Behringer, and wireless speakers by Audio Technica. The system's infrastructure cables and connectors are provided by Ivox and Neutrik. The volume corresponds to 105dB and 0.48 intelligibility across the stands and court sides once the entire hall is empty.
The vdeo distribution and automation system features audio/video over IP units by Muxlab, matrix switchers and distance extenders by Kramer, and control processors and software by Extron. The system's infrastructure cables and connectors are provided by Ivox and Neutrik. The system allows to pick any media and image transmitted to massive LED screens in four corners of a hall. Such images and scoreboard details are communicated to the press hall, team and referee rooms through a dedicated network.
18 junction boxes are deployed across the facility as a part of the live broadcast connection infrastructure. Each junction box is equipped with 1 STMP Hybrid connector and 2 Triax camera connectors, 2 xlr audio input and 2 xlr audio output connectors. In addition, each box features 4 MM fiber cables and 4 HD/SDI Coaxial cables. The boxes are also powered by 2 power plugs for active device connections. All the boxes are equipped with junction closets situated in the parking lot for a live broadcast vehicle right outside the facility. The system's infrastructure cables and connectors are provided by Ivox, Canare and Neutrik.
The press conference hall feaures speakers by Das Audio, digital audio processors and distributors along with automation processors and software by Extron, audio mixers and monitor speakers by Behringer, wireless speakers by Audio Technica, a video projector by Eiki, and a video presentation switch by Muxlab. The lighting system boasts dimmers by Lite puter and fresnel spotlights by Spotlight. The conference system equipment is provided by Bosch's digital CCS1000 series.
The wall of the facility's main entrance lobby is adorned with image mapping to offer visual presentations for passers-by at night. To this end, 4 Epson laser projects with 15000 ANSI lumen intensity, video presenters and software by Watchpax, and video distance extenders by Extron are up and running as a part of the system.

Ateksis, providing services of fire detection, emergency announcement, access control and security systems carried out the design and implementation processes of 3 buildings at Medipol University, Kavacık Campus, within the scope of Turkey’s largest private health investment, Medipol Mega Health Complex Project.

In this rapidly growing campus, two faculty buildings and a girls’ dormitory are active. We are going to mention about the security rather than the comfort and technical amenities of the students in dormitories which are operated with the thought in mind that “your children are entrusted to our security”.
Entrance to university campus is through turnstile with student id card. Also, at the entrance of dormitories speed gate turnstiles are operated. All passage authorities are handled vie card entrance system while the entrance and leaving details are kept and reported in the system. Therefore, the authorities are able to take electronic register instantaneously.
Bosch brand fire detection system is used throughout the campus and dormitories. Operating integratedly with one another, the system is monitored on graphical screen at the central security and in case of a warning, it can be identified over the floor plans. All equipment of the system from power supplies to flashers and from detectors to modules have EN54 standards. Fire alarm system is integrated with the smoke extraction system in compliance with the fire scenario while the emergency announcement system which is an absolute must for an effective evacuation is established so as to have all equipment featuring EN54 standards. Modular Fire Panel Bosch 5000 Series including the newly updated versions of EN54-2 and EN54-4 conforms to the existing standards. Innovative FPA 5000 panel can easily be implemented to local conditions and regulations by means of modular configuration. D Block fire alarm system is composed of 64 loops and 5000 points in total while the Girls’ Dormitory is composed of 32 loops and 2000 points.
Bosch fire detection system and Bosch Praesideo emergency announcement system communicate with OPC via TCP/IP network. This enables us to flexible evacuation scenarios based on software by this feature that unites with Praesideo’s unique 28ch sound architecture, it is possible to airplay from various parts of the campus while making manual announcements from other places. More particularly, 4 emergency announcement messages can be broadcasted simultaneously. All system from speaker lines to microphone capsule is supervised. Praesideo system interface enables an easy management for the end-user. Systems operator can easily make message-zone configuration through the numerical keypad at the call station.
D Block emergency announcement system is composed of 102 emergency announcement zone while the girls’ dormitory is composed of 44 emergency announcement zones.
In common areas and classrooms, 6W false ceiling type and in technical areas, 20W cabinet type speakers were used. All speaker are compatible with EN54-24 standards. The most appropriate ones among the 3W-6W-10W-20W options were analyzed and used in accordance with the physical structures and needed sound levels of the spaces so that both required sound volume and high intelligibility were ensured.
Bosch BIS System was used as the Central software. BIS was established with 416 door licenses, 3 workstation licenses and 61,000 cardholder licenses. Once again, 61,000 cardholder emphasizes the student potential of the university.
Bosch BIS is a modular software. It can be upgraded with need-oriented modules and there is no limit for application. This matches up with the future projection of the university as well.
Bosch AMC2 Access Control pannels are directly connected to TCP/IP and communicate with BIS over TCP/IP network. The memory cards on AMC2s lead the way for upgrade according to the needs.
Now, 700 cameras run for the safety of the students in the campus. Bosch brand Cameras are positioned only in the common in accord with the needs. Cameras with 1920 x 1080, 5MP and 4K resolution are preferred according to the usage area. All cameras are working properly with Bosch’s redundant and trustworthy ISCSI / VRM topology, also storage units operate in redundancy. In the security room, twelve 46”-monitors are located and 30-day recordings can be kept in 7 archiving units with over 400 TB storage. Moreover, in case of an alarm, live display of the related areas are monitored with 2 spot monitor and audio alarm is sounded. VMS software is also graphical-based as in the fire system. Operator can see and manage bot incoming alarms and all camera symbols on map and floor plans.
In the project that Duetron VMS software developed by Ateksis is used in, a user can follow the cameras in the alarming zones through the graphical screen by means of map support. Faster, more understandable and truer means of detection are provided to the user by way of the alarms occurring on the graphical screen. Live footages from the desired area can be rapidly and easily received through the same graphical screen. Emergency announcement, access control and CCTV systems are programmed in a way to communicate with each other and as applicable to security scenario. Operator can take the closest footage to his/her screen if an announcement from fire system is received. Overall design and implementation processes of emergency announcement, fire detection, IP CCTV and access control systems of the buildings were carried out by Ateksis.
Ateksis added Metrogarden, the favorite of Sancaktepe, to its shopping mall projects.
Metrogarden Shopping Mall was launched on September 4th, once installation of fire detection system, IP CCTV system, speaker and the public address voice alarm system was completed.
Ateksis continues shopping mall projects with Metrogarden Shopping Mall, a joint venture with Suryapı, after the Axis Shopping Mall that was completed in 2013. Metrogarden Shopping Mall was launched on September 4th, once installation of fire detection system, IP CCTV system, speaker and the public address voice alarm system was completed.
This shopping mall, which has been built on a construction area of 80.000 sqm and is a home to about 150 stores, offers major opportunities for the people in the neighborhood with its cinema consisting of 10 movie theaters and a fitness center. Besides, after the completion of the Üsküdar-Ümraniye subway line that is under construction, it will also double its value due to its location.
In cooperation with the Elist Engineering Company that undertakes the electrical aspects of the project, technical staff of Ateksis completed the field installation and commissioning of the abovementioned weak current systems.
This project, with its all systems installed and integrated as Bosch-branded, has a fire alarm system, which offers a main panel with a capacity of 30 loops and 2560 addresses; as well as LCW, MACFIT, Bimeks and Defacto stores have their own panels. A communication is enabled between all panels. In addition, the fire alarm system is monitored and controlled by the graphic monitoring software.
The IP-based CCTV system, which is provided for the security of the shopping mall, has 121 cameras. With the help of these cameras, all entrances, exits, elevator entrances, corridors, the food court, the terrace and the indoor parking garage is monitored for 24 hours. External security is provided in the vicinity of the shopping mall with Starlight series cameras, Bosch's new technology which offer a high level of performance at night. A monitoring point, in which all cameras are monitored, has been established in the area where security personnel are always available.
The public address voice alarm system is installed with control and expanding unit of Bosch’s Plena series as well as Bosch-branded 1000W and 480W amps. The system is designed as 30 zones. LC3 series speakers are provided in common areas along with acoustic cells. Besides, projector-type LBC-3941 speakers and column-type speakers are used at appropriate places. Inside the stores, there are fire modules that are necessary to stop the music broadcasting in case of an emergency public address. This allows the music broadcasting to be disabled in case of an emergency and the emergency public address is activated.
OKO TOWERS, THE RAISING VALUE IN MOSCOW
Ateksis successfully completed the installation of audio/video systems of the ballroom and meeting rooms in addition to the public address and emergency voice alarm systems of the Oko Towers consisting of two separate skyscrapers in Moscow.
Moscow International Business Center, also known as Oko Towers (Moscow City PLOT 16), is a region of approximately 1km² in the west of Moscow city center, bringing together commercial activities, living space and entertainment venues.
PLOT-16, one of the projects in this region, consists of two separate skyscrapers. The main contractor of the building owned by Capital Group is Ant Yapı while AE Arma Elektropanç is the electrical and mechanical subcontractor. One of the skyscrapers is used as office building while the other one is used as residence. This second building is also the highest residential building in Europe.
Ateksis successfully completed the installation of the public address and emergency announcement systems of both buildings in addition to the audio/video systems of the ballroom and the meeting rooms located in the first two floors of the residential building.
By considering also the height of the buildings, the emergency public address system was designed in a distributed structure. The central equipment (amplifier, etc.) of public address on different floors of the skyscraper in office building was operated as a single system via a fiber optic connection between each other from 6 different points. The solution realized with the Preasideo series allowed the local systems that communicate each other with fiber optic interfaces to create a loop so that they became able to operate without any loss in case of a failure such as a cable breakage between any two local system centers, etc.
At the same time, the central unit of the system was also configured in a one-to-one redundant structure together with the other requiredvay houn auxiliary equipment, and so, a scenario was created in which the stand-by equipment automatically activates in case of a malfunction that may occur in the central control device.
Apart from the office building with 65 speaker systems, a similar solution was also implemented in the residential building that has 75 sound zones. The central equipment, which was distributed in 13 rack cabinets in the field, was made to communicate to each other via fiber optic infrastructure and a redundant structure was provided in the office building.
The 49-storey and 245-meter-long office building as well as 85-storey and 352-meter-long residential building have had a public address system that could also respond properly to any potential additions and capacity enhancement requirements that may be required in the future.
Ateksis has Stamped Its Name on the Security Systems of Award Winning Bulvar 216 Project
Bulvar 216 project which was deemed worthy of awards in five different categories in European Property Awards, an event determining the best structures of Today and the future in terms of real estate and structure design, is bringing prestige to Ataşehir. Installation of public adress and voice alarm, fire alarm and access control sytems of this prestigious and extensive project was conducted by Ateksis.
Fire Detection System
An FPA-5000 fire alarm panel with double control unit, 15 loop and 1536 address capacity and an FSM (Fire System Monitoring) software were used in the Bosch fire alarm system.
Ceiling structure was taken into consideration during the installation and the system was designed according to the escape routes. Furthermore, mechanical equipment available in the building can be monitored using the fire alarm system. Equipment provided by Bosch with their almost fully addressed architecture can be displayed on a user computer using the FSM software after being identified to the system. Nevertheless, ambient level of carbon monoxide released from vehicle exhausts in the parking garage is monitored using carbon monoxide detectors by UTC and panels with lines integrated to the fire detection system. Illuminated and audible alerts are installed as required throughout the building.
Sound System and Emergency Warning System
It is possible to make announcements for 35 separate regions with the choice of Bosh Plena series sound system. Speakers available with this system can both be used for public adress and music broadcast. Protective covers are installed to speakers in order to delay the effects of a potential fire hazard on the speaker connections. Ceiling structure was taken into consideration and suitable speakers were installed in the project. Specific sections of the building were checked in order to obtain a homogenous and clear sound level.
Access Control System
Bosh access control system monitors the gates equipped with photocells on the parking garage floors and fire safety gates on the other floors. Card readers and magnetic locks can be controlled from the fire alarm system in case of emergency. As all the systems are coordinated, possibility of a security flaw is eliminated.
Bulvar216, being built on an area of 41.000m2, is a combined project of a shopping center and office complexes. It consists of a parking garage with 600-cars capacity. Transportation is not an issue thanks to its central location close to main arteries and subway.
Bulvar 216 Offices and Shopping Center is neighboring Ataşehir Mimar Sinan Mosque and Finance Center to the North; residences and Ülker Sports Arena to the West; recreational areas to the East; and Ataşehir boulevard, local park and residences to the South.
Security solutions from Ateksis for Ankara Optimum Outlet Shopping Mall
CCTV Systems of Optimum Outlet Shopping Mall, one of the popular shopping malls in Ankara, were renovated by Ateksis.
Renovations works of Optimum Outlet Shopping Mall, one of the most popular shopping centers in Ankara, are underway.In addition to the structural renewal in the mall, which also went on to renew itself electronically in every sense, the CCTV Systems were renewed by Ateksis with the works carried out together with Ronesans Real Estate.
Approximately 290 cameras were used throughout the shopping mall.. The cameras are positioned to monitor and record; all enterances, exit areas, parking entrances, escalators,elevators and common areas.
Ateksis has provided solutions with the Bosch-branded NTI-50022-A3S cameras in the outdoor environment in terms of its features and visual adaptation to the space for indoor parking spaces. The Bosch NTI-50022-A3S cameras provide ease of installation thanks to the automatic zoom/focus lens, wizard and preset operating modes. Featuring an internal infrared illuminator with a 30-m (98 ft) visual field, it delivers clear picture quality at 1080p resolution. Areas of interest and E-PTZ Bullet outdoor cameras with autofocus lens provide great flexibility during installation with its durable aluminum structure. The camera is both water and dust resistant under severe environmental conditions and meets IP66 standards. The 2.7 to 12 mm automatic varifocal lens allows you to choose the coverage area remotely. The automatic zoom/focus lens wizard allows the installer to zoom and focus the camera appropriately both day and night conditions.. The wizard can be activated from the computer or the button on the camera so that the optimal workflow can be easily selected. The AVF (Automatic Varifocal) feature allows the zoom setting to be changed without opening the camera’s casing.
As in Bosch NTI-50022-A3S cameras, Bosch NIN-51022-V3 cameras, that are used in the shopping mall, reduce the bandwidth and data storage requirements. The camera uses Intelligent Dynamic Noise Reduction technology, which effectively analyzes the content of the scene and reduces noise artifacts in the image. The low-noise image and efficient H.264 compression technology provides clear images, reducing the bandwidth and data storage space requirements by up to 50% compared to other H.264 cameras. By this means, the high image quality is preserved, the load on the network is reduced and the recording cost is minimized. Moving objects continue to be displayed properly even though the bandwidth is reduced. The camera provides the best possible image by cleverly optimizing the detail-to-bandwidth ratio of the image.
Zone-based video encoding is another feature that reduces bandwidth. The compression parameters can be set for up to eight user-defined zones. This allows for a high degree of compression of areas of non-interest, providing more bandwidth for important parts of the scene.
AUTODOME 5000 HD 1080P 30X cameras, which are positioned in other parts of the shopping malls, help to control a wide area. The camera with a resolution of 1080p25 / 30 HD has a 30x optical zoom option and features identification of people up to 180 m (590 ft) without loss of any details. Autodome 5000 HD cameras provide high-speed PTZ control for monitoring people and vehicles in large indoor/outdoor scenes.
At Optimum Outlet Shopping Mall; the newly positioned Bosch IP cameras and existing cameras were managed via a single software, namely DuetronVMS 4.0, which is developed by Ateksis.
The incidents can easily be responded by using DuetronVMS software. In case of a possible recorder failure, the cameras connected to this failed recorder are automatically distributed to other recording devices, thanks to an online backup system. Thanks to the comprehensive and detailed video management features within DuetronVMS, it is possible to control the moving cameras according to the operator rights, to receive and process motion and alarm signals in real time. Moreover, this rich data stream from uninterrupted video surveillance can be reported at any time and used for retrospective or simultaneous investigations.
In addition, due to the flexible nature of the system, CCTV monitoring points, operator workstations, and other software units are available to be expanded as desired. It is also possible to watch live video and archive recordings at more than one point at the same time, and all other operations such as configuration and reporting can be carried out simultaneously with them.
Sound has arrived in Hayattepe
Ateksis takes part in Hayattepe project with its public address voice alarm system as well as access control system. Our public address voice alarm system has been designed in a structure where all system centers under each block can access each other through a network.
With its triangular architectural design consisting of 24 floor and 3 blocks in İstanbul's Bayrampaşa district, Özak Hayattepe comprises of a total of 546 apartments varying between 40 to 230 m2. Ateksis takes part in Hayattepe project with its public address voice alarm system as well as the access control. Our public address voice alarm system has been designed in a structure where all system centers under each block can access each other through a network. By this means Block C, which we consider as our headquarters, can make live or prerecorded announcements to all blocks including itself. Our zone approach for the floor is designed as two parts, namely inside the apartments and through the corridors, and music broadcast is possible on the corridor lines if its needed. We have chosen the speakers which, we believe, would provide the best sound quality, while keeping in mind the structural differences of the block floors. Apart from the blocks, there is also a social facility under Block C. We have finished our system over a few lines, estimating that we can prominently and locally broadcast music in this section. For our access control system, we have enabled controlling of the dwellings from 4 locations: the social facility and the 3 blocks, by the modular structure configured at our own centers. Each access control module is located under its own block and incorporated into the network; each can control all 4 centers via a client PC on condition that system capacity is not exceeded. The access control system we use on block entrances and internal pass gates operates by reading the card assigned specially for the resident and bears features whereby we can assign properties such as not allowing passage to unauthorized people or those coming from a different block. We, as Ateksis family, consider ourselves lucky to partake in such a prestigious and grand project.
Ateksis at Kağıthane Axis Shopping Mall
Located in the center of Kağıthane district, AXIS Shopping Mall, which was initiated with SURYAPI in 2010 and is bearing the signature of TAGO architecture, was built on construction area of 70.240 m2. It contains 110 retail stores, a bowling hall, a cinema hall, indoor and outdoor car parks as well as playground for kids.
As Ateksis, our involvement story in the project started with AYKAR engineering, which is a contractor company. At the beginning of 2013, an agreement has been made with EKS Electromechanics company, the contractor of Axis Shopping Mall project, on the Fire detection system, Public Adress and Voice Alarm System, CCTV system, Access Control System and SMATV system. BOSCH brand is used in all the systems.
The panel structure of the fire detection system is configured in such a way to be controlled via the main panel of Cinepol, Media Markt, Uyum Markt and the shopping mall.
Fire Detection System ;
2 pieces FPA 5000 fire alarm panel with capacity of 22 loop and 2048 address are used in the project.The panels at other points were made to communicate with the main panel via CAN-BUS. All equipment in the fire detection system is preferred from addresable equipments. The loop structure throughout the shopping mall was established as separately from the stores. Thanks to the building integration system (BIS), all systems are prepared via Autocad projects and monitored with a graphic display. With this feature, a possible fire alarm can be directed more quickly.
Public Adress and Voice Alarm System
Public Adress and Voice Alarm System has been implemented with PLENA series. Our PA/VA structure has a 30-zone capacity. LC3-UC06 coded drop ceiling speaker is used in general volumes, and LB1-UM06 coded cabinet speaker is used in parking garage areas. It enables real-time announcements from the main center and the customer information point of the shopping mall. Since there will be a music broadcasting in the stores, a relay module has been added to each center in order to cease the music broadcasting in these sound centers for a possible fire call and to start the emergency public address from the main center. This allows ceasing the music broadcasting and implementing emergency public address broadcasting.
CCTV System ;
Axis Shopping Mall, having an IP-based CCTV system, is monitored with 198 cameras for 24 hours. In general, in the sections where there is a potential security flaw, the cameras are strategically deployed. In general; our cameras that are placed at corridors, escalators, elevator fronts and shopping mall entrance and exit doors and parking garages fulfill all needs, thanks to their high resolution. In the general structure of the building, the switches placed on the shafts transmit the data from the cables to the center via the network. Images stored at the center through the recording device can also be monitored retrospectively. The Autodome series of moving cameras, which we use in general volumes, provides a superior security and plays a major role in prevention of any threat. These cameras can rotate 360 degrees around their own axis and have the zooming feature. It can be easily controlled from the center via a console.
Access Control System
The Access Control System with an IP-based structure has been used on the doors which should be generally controlled in the shopping mall. Fire escape stairs are monitored by magnetic contacts. Since it has an IP structure, the system can be intervened through the Building Integration System (BIS). The magnetic door holders which used in the fire escape doors are activated in the event of a possible fire call. The system has been established generally with EMIL modules. In the shopping mall, a more controlled structure has been provided by using card readers in places where the entrance is not wanted except for specific persons.
Rönesans Biz Küçükyalı Ofispark Project
The opening of the Küçükyalı Ofispark Project was carried out by Rönesans Real Estate Investment in the first quarter of 2015 in the Maltepe district of Istanbul. The Ofispark Project is an A+ office center located on the top elevation of the E-5 highway, with almost all floors overlooking the sea.
As Ateksis Smart Technology Systems, we have implemented the design, installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm, Public Address, Access Control and IP CCTV systems of Küçükyalı Ofispark Project. All of the materials used were selected and designed considering the quality of the building. For the fire alarm system, the Bosch-branded FPA-5000 panel and field equipment were used. There are 2 different system centers throughout the project. Although there are separate panels in two separate centers; the system works and can be controlled as a whole. In addition to this system Mimik Panel, also known as firefighter interface, was designed and built with Ateksis’ experience. EN-54 certified Bosch Praesideo Public Address System was preferred in public address system. Praesideo emergency public address system is used as the first choice in big complexes, multi-storey and prestigious buildings with its features such as working in matrix structure, being integrated in terms of software with the fire alarm system and being digital in nature.
Bosch Modular Access Control Center
At Küçükyalı Ofispark Project, the security has been ensured by Bosch modular Access Control Center and equipment from turnstiles to fire doors, from barrier passages to office entrances. Within the authorization of the identity card given to him/her; an employee arriving at the building may enter with his/her vehicle, use the turnstiles, can only go up to the floor where he/she is authorized using the elevator. Parking barriers are selected as Skidata-branded according to the quality of the project and all controls are carried out with Bosch card readers. In the IP CCTV part of the project, Bosch Starlight series cameras and EX12LED infrared illuminators are used to record images to Bosch Divar IP 6000 Series recorders with perfect images, while the monitoring management part is left to Bosch Video Management System 5.0 software. Although two recorders are installed in two centers, the system is managed in a stable manner with BVMS 5.0. As Ateksis Smart Technology Systems, one of the most important details in the Küçükyalı Ofispark Project is that all systems aforementioned works in a way integrated with one another. With Bosch Building Management System 4.0, fire alarm, public address, Access control and IP CCTV systems are gathered under a single roof. All systems work in a way integrated one another in terms of software. For example in the event of a fire; a fire announcement is given to the relevant floor and the locked doors, turnstiles etc. in the area are opened according to the scenario, and the region can be monitored in detail from IP CCTV.
Pürplast Çayırova Plant is safe with Ateksis!
Within the scope of Pürplast Çayırova Plant Project; a brand new safety network which includes Fire Alarm, Public Address and Voice Alarm, Access Control and CCTV IP systems has been set up for five plants. 3. Within the plant, the system has been expanded by adding extra cameras and recording devices to the Bosch-branded CCTV IP system.
A strong project partnership on building security systems of Çayırova Plant has been established between our technology firm Ateksis, which is specialized in building security systems with its smart and technological solutions, and Pürplast A.Ş. which is one of the leading companies in automotive spare parts industry. Within this frame, a brand new safety net including Fire Alarm, Public Address and Voice Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV IP systems has been set up for 5 plants. 3. Within the factory, the system has been expanded by adding extra cameras and recording devices to the Bosch-branded CCTV IP system.
For the Çayırova Plant, which occupies an indoor area of 12.000 m² in its location, DINION IP bullet 5000 HD (NTI-50022-A3S) series cameras were used for outdoor monitoring within the CCTV IP system. Having a quite effective image quality in the day or night conditions, these 2 MP (1920*1080) cameras can also work effectively in dark environments thanks to their feature of IR illumination up to 30 metres. Cameras with 1/2.9” CMOS sensors can provide images of light sensitivities of 0,07 lx in colorful environments, of 0,05 lx in dark environments and of 0,0 lx when IR illumination is activated. Being able to offer two different power feeding options as PoE (power over Ethernet) and 24 VAC / 12 VDC, bullet series cameras also provide an advantage to the customer regarding cabling and infrastructure. The cameras which can operate between -30°C and + 60°C, are quite suitable for both indoor and outdoor conditions. In addition to all of these, another advantageous point for the customer as an economical solution is that it is used as single-piece with its casing with IP 66 protection rating and automatic varifocal lens.
Two different types of camera are used for indoor places. The first one is the dome camera of model FLEXIDOME IP indoor 4000 HD (NIN-41012-V3). 720P HD cameras have 1/2,7” CMOS sensor type. The dome cameras having the feature of varifocal lens are highly effective even in low light sensivities such as 0.24 lx in color and 0.05 lx in dark environments. The intelligent dynamic noise reduction feature creates extra space up to 50% in recording capacity and bandwidth.
Another indoor camera is the FLEXIDOME IP panoramic 7000 MP (NIN-70122-F0AS). Thanks to the 12 MP ultra HD panoramic cameras, detailed panoramic images are easy to obtain. Panoramic cameras feature Bosch's latest generation of intelligent video analysis. This allows the cameras to switch to alarm status and the number of false alarms is minimized by means of defined analysis. 7000 series cameras with 180° and 360° lens versions offer the user two different options.
Within the scope of public address and voice alarm system, Plena Public Adress system was used. Plena Public Address System, with more than 8000 systems installed worldwide, is the number one solution for general speaker and public address systems in small and medium-sized applications. With the release of version 3.0, Plena VAS provides full EN 54 compliance, enlarged zoning, Windows compatibility, and online system design. Plena Voice Alarm System is a complete public address system with its 6-zone system controller, 240 W amplifier and, message and routing manager. It can expand up to 60 zones thanks to the system routers.
For the fire alarm system, FPA 5000 series modular fire alarm panels are used. Thanks to the modular configuration, FPA-5000 Modular Fire Panel is easily adapted to the local conditions and regulations. Thanks to the different functional modules, the adaptation of country-specific features to the connection is performed as quickly as the related alarm management. There are two different casings in the fire panel:
- The casing for direct mounting to the wall
- The case-mounted casings which are attached to the mounting frame and able to rotate.
The casings can be mounted in 482,6 mm (19 inches) cabinets with the help of special mounting kits. All casings can be expanded with various additional enclosures for all reasonable applications. FMR-5000 Remote Keypad provides decentralized operation for the control panel or control panel network. Thanks to the external CAN and Ethernet interfaces, various Panel Controllers and Remote Keypads can be connected to each other. The network can be adapted to almost all application conditions using Ethernet multi-loop structures or a single-loop structure with Ethernet main communication line.
The whole fire detection system is configured via a laptop using the FSP-5000-RPS Programming Software.
Ateksis installed the Public Address system for M4 route of Ankara Subway
In addition to M1, M2 and M3 subway routes in Ankara, Ateksis also finished the installation of announcement system for the route M4.
The subway line, which will be operated on a 9.22 kilometers long, double track route to serve between Tandoğan-Keçiören - among the most crowded areas of Ankara, has been tendered at the end of 2011 by the Ministry of Transportation, Maritime Affairs and Communication General Directorate of Infrastructure Investments.
The route starting with the Ataturk Culture Center (Atatürk Kültür Merkezi - AKM) Station continues with the ASKİ, Dışkapı, Meteoroloji, Belediye, Mecidiye, Kuyubaşı, Dutluk stations respectively, and ends at the Keçiören Şehitler Station.
Having previously completed the installation for M1, M2 and M3 subway routes in Ankara, Ateksis now finished the Public Address system installation also route M4, as an integrator.
Powered by Preasideo as a top-level public address system by Bosch, this solution offers local control at stations and management of all stations and routes via a command control center.
Each station is locally equipped with Preasideao and digital amplifiers of the system. Sensor microphones placed in platforms and ticket offices area allow to automatically measure ambient noise and adjust automatic volume control thanks to DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology embedded in digital amplifiers.
The stations are additionally equipped with a desktop announcement microphones for operators to make announcements for passengers.
Bosch LC1 series modular speakers come into play for perfect audio quality. LC1 series ceiling-type speakers placed in suspended ceilings and LB1-UM06 series wall-type speakers are in compliance with EN 54-24 standards.
IP audio interface devices by Bosch with PRS-1AIP1 code have been put to use in an effort to transmit audio signals between the command control center and stations through a TCP/IP network. PRS-1AIP1 IP audio interface allows any operator at the command center to make a live or recorded announcement for one or more than one station or sub-zones of stations.
A graphical interface software (developed by Ateksis) runs at the command control center. Put into operation for the routes M1, M2 and M3, and developed in line with the needs of operators, the software displays the stations on a screen and allows operators to select any station they would like to make an announcement for. Any potential failure in the system is checked by the software, as well.
A stamp on Turkmenabat International Airport by Ateksis
Built in the city of Turkmenabat in the southeastern part of the country, the new international airport was launched as a part of a ceremony in February, 2018. Ateksis specialized team put together the setup of overall public address and emergency announcement systems equipments, training and commissioning with a top-notch service mentality.
Each premises of the complex that comprises 21 detached buildings including one hotel apart from the main terminal building is equipped with its own public address system. The main terminal building runs Praesideo series system by Bosch while other premises are provided by Plena series.
Stretching over 600 hectares of land, Turkmenabat International Airport features 37.000 square meters of indoors and serves for 500 passengers per hour.
The runway of the new airport is 3800 meters long and 60 meters wide in accordance with international standards. The airport is additionally equipped with a 100-bed hotel, a healthcare center, indoor parking lots and other departments.
In addition, the star-shaped (Oguz Khan Star) terminal building of Turkmenabat international airport was inscribed by the Guinness officials into the World Records as the largest architectural star. The certificate for the record-breaking was awarded by a Guinness official to Devran Saburov, the Head of Turkmen Airlines, as a part of a ceremony.
Ateksis successfully installed the public address and emergency announcement systems of the project. Each premises of the complex that comprises 21 detached buildings including one hotel apart from the main terminal building is equipped with its own emergency announcement system. The main terminal building runs Praesideo series system by Bosch while central equipment for other premises are provided by Plena series.
Each premises might as well run stand-alone and one (main terminal) can make an announcement through the main announcement station for all premises across the complex. This solution is offered by means of IP audio interface devices that transmit audio signals through a TCP/IP network. The audio and contact signal received by audio interface equipments located in sub-centers allows to make both recorded and live announcements from main termial to all buildings of the airport.
The main terminal building is equipped with a redundant structre and any failure in the central equipment or any amplifier does not cause any impact on the entire system, and the announcement system keeps running along with the central equipment and/or an amplifier that is automatically activated.
As check-in area and gates are equipped with sensor microphones, the audi level of announcements is automatically adjusted according to the ambient noise of these areas.
The speakers of the projects are in compliance with EN 54-24 standards, and the system center supervises speaker lines in accordance with EN54 standards and provides power through its own battery packs and charging equipment in case of any power cut. Ateksis specialized team put together the setup of overall public address and emergency announcement systems equipments, training and commissioning with a top-notch service mentality.
Integrated Solutions from Ateksis to Rönesans Sayfiye Residences
The fire, speaker, cctv and carbon monoxide systems of Rönesans Sayfiye Residences, which are located next to Aydos Forest and have a view of Princes' Islands and are 3 km away from E-5 and Kartal Metro Station and 4 km to TEM, have been implemented in partnership with Tesla and Ateksis.
Being the first residential project of Renaissance Construction in Istanbul, Sayfiye has been realized in Kartal, a rapidly developing region on the Anatolian side. It is located next to Aydos Forest and has a view of Princes' Islands and is 3 km away from E-5 and Kartal Metro Station and 4 km to TEM. The transportation is easily provided by private vehicle, as well as by the public transportation. Built on approximately 14 thousand square meters of land, Sayfiye consists of 3 blocks, 303 houses and a social facility. Fire, Public Alarm, cctv and carbon monoxide systems have been implemented in partnership with Tesla and Ateksis in Sayfiye project, which is developed by Renaissance Construction.
In Sayfiye project, each block and social facility have their own fire panels. These panels are constantly communicating among themselves and can be monitored via the repeating panel in the security cabin and Duetron Fire Management Monitoring (Duetron FMS) software. With the Duetron FMS Software; you can see on the projects from where, from which block, from which floor, from which apartment and from which room the alarm from the fire equipment comes. Another advantage of this software is that you can see the general status of all the equipment and the malfunction information on the screen. You can manually control the devices that can be checked at the time of the fire via this software. For example, during a fire you can have any elevator descend to the floor specified in the fire scenario.
The emergency public address system is resolved with the Bosch Plena series. Each block has separate control units. In the event of an alarm, the emergency public address unit of relevant block is activated and an evacuation announcement is made to a lower and an upper floor of the floor where the alarm is activated, not to all floors of that block. Thanks to the battery chargers, uninterrupted emergency public address broadcasting can be made for 30 minutes against unwanted power outages.
CCTV system was established by using analog cameras and recorders. Thanks to its 16-channel recorders, the monitoring and security of many different regions is ensured. A large monitoring network has been created with 62 analog cameras.
Ateksis takes part in Quasar Istanbul Project, which has been awarded with 'The Best Residence of the World'
For the Quasar Istanbul project which has won “The Best Residence of the World” award in The International Property Awards, that is considered among the most prestigious awards of global real estate sector, public address and voice alarm systems were implemented by Ateksis with its approach of the highest level of service.
Quasar Istanbul Mecidiyeköy, which has been implemented by the Joint Venture of Swiss investment fund Viatrans and Meydanbey and become the symbol of luxury, is located on the land of the former liquor factory, right next to the former Ali Sami Yen Stadium. Quasar Istanbul project, whose Swiss quality and excellence has been certified with “The Best Residence of the World” award at the International Property Awards, is located on an area of 23,700sqm. The complex consists of Fairmont Quasar Hotel with total 212 rooms including 25 suites and 187 standard rooms; Fairmont Residence that is called as 63 Hotel-branded Service Apartments; Quasar Residence consisting of 175 flats and home offices; Podium Office Areas and a Shopping Mall with 4 cafes and 17 stores.

As Ateksis, we take part in the Quasar project with Preasideo, Bosch's highest-level of public address and voice alarm system.
In our speaker system, we have system centers located independently of one another under each block. A total number of 92 amplifiers with various volume outputs and 277 sound fields with speakers that comply with the architectural design and international standards were used.
Our zone logic for the floors in Hotel and Residence tower has been considered and designed to be separate for the house-room and separate for the hallways. A music broadcasting is also possible in the elevators, if desired.
In the system room of 3 separate centers, there are desktop public address microphones connected with building security centers. These microphones make it possible to send a live public address and emergency or evacuation messages recorded on its keypad to a desired floor and inside the rooms of each tower.
Preasideo system by Bosch, which has been integrated to the fire alarm system available in the blocks, makes it possible for safe evacuation of each block in the event of a fire by making an evacuation announcement to the affected areas. Besides, thanks to the public address microphones in the security centers, it is possible to stream a live public address or recorded evacuation public address to a specific floor or all tower floors, in the event of an emergency that will require an evacuation.
With the spare amplifiers made available in the system centers; in case of a failure in any amplifiers, the spare one is enabled automatically without causing any loss in the system, which also ensures the uninterrupted operation of the system.
Adana Integrated Health Campus
Adana City Hospital was established on 553.000 m2 with 1550 bed capacity will be the health center of not only adana but also the whole region. The Hospital’s fire alarm system, public address, Access control system, IP CCTV systems, fire telephone system, carbon monoxide systems were iplemented with high level service concept by Ateksis.
Adana City Hospital is the Health Base of the Region
Adana Integrated Health Campus, which has a closed construction area of 553.000 m2 and a bed capacity of 1550, has become one of leading hospitals not only in its region but also in the world with its bed capacity and the medical equipment offering the world class state-of-art technology. Adana City Hospital assumed the title of “The World’s Largest Hospital With Seismic Isolators” with its 1,512 seismic isolators placed in the main hospital building.
In Adana Integrated Health Campus, which is the health base of not only Adana but also the whole region, fire alarm system, public address, Access control system, IP CCTV systems, fire telephone system, carbon monoxide systems were implemented by Ateksis with its commitment to highest level of service.The integration of all weak current systems is provided under one software.
Nearly 20,000 detectors were used in fire alarm systems in our Adana Hospital project, where Bosch-branded products were used in all weak current systems. In the project, where there are 45,000 detector points defined in the building management software, approximately 430 fire loops are successfully used in the field.
Bosch's high-end speaker and emergency public address system which is Praesideo has been used in the Public Address System. A professional-quality music and public address system has been installed with the loudspeaker, amplifier and system center according to EN54 standards. In our project where 10,000 speakers have been used, Bosch's professional-quality music and public address system installation has been implemented.
In the Access control system, approximately 2800 doors are controlled by the control panels of Bosch.With BIS software, card-pass system operates in a way integrated with all the systems.
In the IP CCTV system, approximately 2000 Bosch-branded cameras have been used.In alarm states such as abduction of baby, Bosch-branded cameras trigger an alarm with its smart analysis feature.It also activates the fire scenario with the building management software.
Adana City Hospital, which has been implemented within the framework of "Transformation in Health Program" that is called as the largest program carried out so far in Turkey's healthcare sector, consists of a main hospital with 1,300-bed capacity, physical therapy and rehabilitation hospital with 150-bed capacity, and a high-security forensic psychiatric hospital with 100-bed capacity. The main hospital will be a home to an oncology hospital, a cardiovascular diseases hospital and a obstetrics and gynecology hospital, where each is specialized in its own field, in addition to the general hospital where general healthcare is provided. Approximately 5000 staff will provide uninterrupted service to 16,000 patients per day in the hospital having 57 operating rooms, 330 outpatient rooms, 180 intensive care units, and 35 newborn intensive care units.
All the rooms in Adana Integrated Health Campus, whose every section from the VIP patient rooms to the waiting rooms, operating rooms, outpatient and intensive care units, all the rooms have been designed elaborately, have been organized on a single and double patient basis. The hospital, where every comfort is considered to the patients and their relatives, will serve not only Adana but also the region and make a great contribution to the city in terms of health tourism.

Featuring 1,512 seismic isolators, Adana City Hospital, one of the giant steps of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) investment projects, has been declared to be the world's largest hospital with seismic isolators by the international construction and contracting magazine ENR. Thanks to 3-way pendulum type earthquake isolators with world's cutting-edge technology, it will be able to continue carrying out all operational activities without interruption even during and after the most severe earthquakes that may occur in its geography. Thus; it will be able to provide uninterrupted and safe healthcare services under any circumstances to tens of thousands of people that it will host every day.
Healthcare Investment of USD 4,3 billion by 2020
The portfolio of Rönesans Healthcare Investment, which continues its activities under the umbrella of Rönesans Holding, has 5 city hospitals that is completed or under construction in 5 different cities (Adana, Yozgat, Elazığ, Bursa and İstanbul – İkitelli), and physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers that it will build in 7 cities (Samsun, İstanbul, Afyon, Diyarbakır, Malatya, Erzurum, Van). Tivibu's New Sports Studio by Ateksis
Ateksis entirely brought down the 150-seated conference hall of Türk Telekom as a part of the Tivibu TV Studio Project and morphed it into a 5-camera TV studio stretching over 160 square meters including electricity, construction, air-conditioning, lighting and scenic design equipment.
Equipped with 5 Sony HSC-100 cameras in the studio, this momentous project provides Tivibu with the title of the very first corporation that makes use of Sony PWS-4500 Replay system in Turkey. Viz RT Touch Screen, which is put to use as a part of the project, displays UCL and UEL game statistics transmitted through Delta Tre and makes a difference.

Being delivered by Ateksis over a short period of time in a complete and functional way after designed to serve as a TV studio; this successful project was launched in September 2016. Welcoming the new broadcasting season in a new studio, Tivibu Spor was founded in an effort to let viewers meet UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League games, and to present and broadcast sports-themed shows. Tivibu, hereby, has kicked off the new broadcasting season with the very first TV studios within the body of Türk Telekom.
We sat down with Tivibu's TV Cinema and Thematic Content Director, Mr. Mehmet Demirhan to talk over the specifics of the projects:
- Could you provide us with some information about the reason behind the launch of Tivibu and the broadcasting life of Tivibu sports network?
Tivibu was launched in 2010 in an attempt to provide online digital TV platform services by the instrument of IPTV technology. The network began to air by satellite in 2015. Shows delivered by Tivibu before used to be broadcast in another studio. This project helps us go on with our broadcast in our own studios.
- What are the perks of having a new studio?
As you know, we used to make use of the studios of another TV network. Operationally, it was challenging. We now have a chance to work in a more efficient way in our own studio. Our renovations efforts will persist with a view to boosting the quality of our broadcast for Champions League and UEFA Europe League games as an official broadcasting corporation and provide our customers with the most diverse content. In addition, we always have had thoughts about creating contents in a variety of themes and we continue to exert efforts in this respect, too.
· What were your expectations from the Tivibu studio project when it was at the idea stage and to what extent have your expectations been met as a result?
While we were concerned about some issues that may have not been settled, we engaged in negotiations with the technical staff of Ateksis in a professional way and managed to overcome the challenges. Within this scope, I can honestly say that Ateksis performed better than we expected.
- What do you think about the studio and the technical infrastructure?
We have to provide viewers with visual quality standards that can compete with those of sports corporations broadcasting in many countries as an official broadcaster of Champions League and UEFA Europa League games. So, we were in need of top-notch equipments due to the fact that the studio within the Tivibu premises was restricted to a small area. Hence, we have sought to pick high-level equipment to be put to use as a part of the system and we now see that we did a good job. It is safe to say that the outcome is extremely satisfactory.
- Would you like to talk about this turnkey project and your cooperation with Ateksis?
It was really challenging to entirely bring down a 150-seated conference hall of Türk Telekom and set up a new studio in a short span of time and provide all the necessary materials and technical equipment. Ateksis Successfully Carried Out the Installation of TJK's TV Studio

All Sony HSC-300 cameras featured HJ lenses of Canon Broadcast series while the HDC-4300 4K camera was equipped with 76xs Box Type of Lens by Canon Digisuper. This project has helped TJK TV serve as the very first project in which Sony HDC-4300 4K/HD camera was put to use in Turkey.
Here are some other products and solutions adopted as a part of the project: The project involved a Switcher of Sony MVS-6530 3ME while each source in mixing consoles was displayed through monitors by Sony LMD series and some reference monitors by Sony BVM series were put to use for vision control. All routers, multi-viewers and all system connection equipments (Glue) were provided by products of Grass Valley as a part of the system. The 6-channel Playout system was put into force through Grass Valley K2 Dynos that were previously put to use in Ankara locations of TJK TV. The camera assistance equipment featured Vinten products with 33 kg-capacity while one Jimmy Jib Super Kit Camera Crane with 9.1 meters in length was put to use to have more diverse shoots in a studio.
The sound equipment of the system were provided with Allen & Health digital sound consoles while the intercom system, which provides internal communication, was mounted by means of Clear Com. Tektronix’s products were preferred as the testing and measurement equipment of the system.
One wireless camera system by Vislink was put to use in an external fashion within TJK TV's hippodrome as this product brings in flexibility for a wide workspace with regard to outdoor shootings within hippodromes.

We sat down with TJK TV's General Manager Mr. Erkal Filiz to talk over TJK TV and the project details:
- You are renowned as a senior manager who has previously worked for private TV networks for years. Can you tell us about your new position and yourself in summary?
Dating back to 1985 for TRT, my professional life has been on an incessant run. I would have never thought that this industry would grow to this extent with an ever-increasing dynamism when I started to work for MAGIC BOX (STAR) as the very first private TV network and then SUPER FM as the very first private radio station and founded METRO FM. When I was involved in the foundation and expanding of ATV, the future of the industry began to take form. In addition to TV networks that has gone out of broadcast, a great deal of TV networks and radio stations appeared.
Upon a proposal by SHOW TV, one of the leading TV networks, in 1994, I engaged in a highly comprehensive broadcasting task involving CINE 5 (the very first encrypted TV channel), SHOW RADIO, RADIO 5, RADIO VIVA and RADIO NOSTALJI.
After I joined Group Çukurova following 16 years for SHOW TV and establishment of a platform called DIGITURK by Group Çukurova, I took office this time for a much larger media outlet.
This coincides with the time I started to serve as a Lecturer for Işık University while I worked for TURVAK (Foundation) to share know-how and knowledge and train well-qualified professionals for the industry. In 2010, the need of the Group for Media Infrastructure (studios, management offices etc.) hit the top and all companies of the conglomerate were dispersed. We sought to gather SHOWTV, SHOWTURK, SHOWMAX, LIGTV, LIGTV2, LIGTV3, TURKMAX, ALEM FM and LIG RADIO under one single umbrella.
Thanks to the common use of infrastructure, I had a chance to play an active role in the most comprehensive project of the industry upon the establishment of Ayazağa Premises to create a synergy of rare nature. I called it a chance since it is well known that you do not get to come across with such major projects every day starting from scratch.
This project enabled me to take office for LIGTV, one of the conglomerate's companies, in line with the needs of the time. I left LIGTV in summer 2015 after a hectic period of time spent for the production of more than 5000 sports events including football in particular across Turkey.
Just when I was blowing off some steam after 31 years in my career, an opportunity did arise to work for TJK TV's projects and we have been involved in restructuring since day one for infrastructure, content and technical & administrative matters.
-TJK TV is now an enterprise that meet the top-level broadcasting requirements. Can you provide us with some information about the background and present status of TJK TV? What is the technical infrastructure of Veliefendi Hippodrome like? Any specific features you would like to talk about?
First of all, I have to note that TJK TV began to air horse races in 1976 and "in color TV", as well. So, we are talking about times TRT was in black & white broadcasting solely in a few major cities. Given the fact that TRT delivered the very first TV broadcast in 1968, it is safe to say that TJK TV has kept up with broadcasting. I underline this because this date points to 14 years earlier than the introduction of the very first TV network. In line with the increasing number of hippodromes, the number of mixing consoles has soared and 6 out of 9 hippodromes are currently equipped with a fixed mixing console.
The network did not opt to establish its own broadcasting body as TJK TV has aspired to broadcast horse races live since its inception. Instead, the horse races had been aired in rotation by TELEON, SHOW TV, TRT, KANAL 6, TRT 4, SKYTURK and CINE 5 as of 1992 before they were broadcast by TJK TV on DIGITURK platform as of 2004 and TAY TV, one of Doğan Media Outlet’s companies, as of 2006 as a part of an ongoing deal.
As for today, TJK TV broadcasts and delivers productions in line with the liabilities, mission and vision of the Jockey Club of Turkey. The broadcasting policy is not only comprised of horse races but also of coming up with projects for horse breeding and horse eugenics.
To this end, we designed the network's prototype in line with its purpose. We formulate the scheduling plans accordingly. This called for improvement in infrastructure. We broke ground for the channel's identity through investment projects kicked off a couple of months ago. We introduced standardization for graphic images of races in all hippodromes and helped them feature a modern outlook. We have made sure each and every statistical detail peculiar to horse races is brought to air in the fastest and most comprehensible fashion possible. On the other hand, we established a new studio to host shows in our TV network featured within Veliefendi Hippodrome. A new 14-camera HD mixing console, one main console and a secondary mixing console were put to use for a variety of events within horse tracks, studios and Veliefendi Hippodrome. - Apart from Veliefendi, there are hippodromes in Ankara, Izmir, Izmit (Kartepe), Bursa, Adana, Şanlıurfa and Diyarbakır and you deliver a type of broadcasting that requires a significant racing organization that goes on throughout the year. I know that you have upgraded the one in Ankara. What types of plans do you have in store for other locations?
As you know, TJK TV deals with an intensive live broadcast traffic. In that we are on live air for at least 4 hours in 2 cities on a daily basis. The entirety of such productions is delivered by our own teams. Like I said before, 6 out of 9 hippodromes are equipped with a fixed mixing console. The ones in Istanbul and Ankara provide HD broadcast while we rent HD Live broadcast vehicles for those not equipped with a fixed mixing console. That is how we increase the coverage of HD live broadcast. We formulate plans to invest in introducing HD systems to substitute for mixing consoles with no HD feature. Our goal is to upgrade the mixing consoles of hippodromes located in Izmir, Adana, Bursa and Şanlıurfa. However, I must note that we have to come up with a long-term plane since this calls for a significant budget requirement to renew them all.
In addition, we would like to develop a project to produce a live broadcast vehicle to mitigate the dependence on outsourcing. The racing schedule must allow to do so. I think that we will be able to add this matter on the agenda once the racing schedule is set for 2017.
- What features did you like to be equipped with in technical terms while TJK TV is in a process of investing in projects? Any solution about that?
Each project is unique calling for various features and requirements. Once you put forth priorities and requirements prior to the start of a project, the rings of necessity to be established around will put some light on the scope of the project. The horse race shooting and live broadcast require peculiar details to attend to. This may sound technical but let me provide you with some examples. While cameras and lenses put to use for a football game operate in a range of 150 meters at most, the distance can go over 1000 meters in horse races. While footballers run 30-35 km/h in short distances such as 15 to 20 meters, the "ball", which is the fastest traveling object, can reach a type of pace accounting for 120 km/h. However, this requires quite a short period of time and it takes place within the same frame. As for horse races, the pace hovers around 60 km/h from beginning to end. In that some cameras that are able to capture 1500 frames per second at the finish line have to be put to use to determine the ranking. It is because results may be decided by centimetric differences.
On the other hand, the distance between camera positions and the system control room is to a nominal extent while this may go up to 1500 meters in hippodromes. With a direct impact on signal quality and transmission, this situation determines what cable and infrastructure you are supposed to benefit from. Since races are held outdoors, one has to take into account the difficulty in homogeneous distribution of the light, snow, rainfall etc. when it comes to shootings under lights at night. Such details of physical environment for horse races involve scores of elements ranging from type of cable to tripods, lenses and stabilizers.
Put into force for Veliefendi Hippodrome, the project yielded desired outcomes along with targeted quality and work flows.
- Can you elaborate on this very special and comprehensive project and cooperation with Ateksis?
We kicked off the project after reviewing each item, the details of which I have provided before, for the umpteenth time. With no preference for a specific product, brand, distributor or integrator, we drew up an administrative specification that sets forth procurement procedures, terms and conditions in a clear-cut and comprehensible fashion to meet requirements. We released it in transparency to allow for the entire industry's access.
Many companies accepted our invitation to bid and engaged in the process. In a tender attended by companies that were able to meet all the technical, administrative and financial requirements, Ateksis came out victorious thanks to its compliance. Even though the schedule was hectic by the end of the year, we jointly ran the process including installation within a designated period of time, post-sale services and the launch of the system in a smooth fashion.
The experts by both Ateksis and our institution exerted self-sacrificing efforts as a part of this process handled in line with a type of mentality based on solution partnership. - How satisfied are you with the products that are put to use? You have started to put use Sony products for the first time within the body of TJK. What would you like to say about it?
This is a newly-established system. Our opinion has yet to change with regard to the technical specifications of equipments that are put to use as a part of the system. They are all put into practice as we thought they would. They are of use to meet our expectations in their current versions.
I think that all the electronic-mechanic details including structural cabling in particular designed in line with a plan of priority that features flexibility in signal maneuver are mounted and launched in an extremely meticulous fashion.
As you articulated, there are some brands and series that are put to use for the first time at TJK TV as a part of the project. Among them are cameras, switchers and monitors by Sony. I have to express my pleasure with the performance of the cameras and other products that we have begun to use after put in a tender and procured in accordance with our technical specification. Put to use for years in other organizations I have previously worked for, Sony products will be hopefully in force for years to come at TJK TV. I am of the opinion that Sony will come up with positive perspectives in budgeting for such projects with regard to investments we plan to make in the forthcoming years.
- Anything you would like to add?
This was a major project in terms of timing, efficiency, effectiveness and outcomes. The fact that it is one of the crucial building blocks that will constitute the backbone of mid and long-term plans for TJK TV further increases the significance attached to the project.
Availing myself of this opportunity, I would like to thank the administrative, financial and technical departments of both sides including our Department of Procurement for their efforts to put this project into force starting from the first moment when the first syllable, the first drawing and the first words were formulated.

Making effort to build their own world, the contestants will be on live online broadcast for 7/24 with 110 cameras. 110 cameras will record a total of 2304 hours of recording.
A production such as Utopia requires a decent design of audio-video coverage and innovative technology. High quality and redundant systems are put into use in order to meet such requirements. This document includes technical arrangements necessary to enable the Utopia to succeed as a production. The content comprises images, audio and other meta data to monitor, at many angles, what Utopia contestants are up to throughout the day. Huge amount of data is acquired during the production, and efficiently processed on live internet broadcast and shows aired on TV8 for the day. So, it was required to provide top quality software and hardware in order to make sure that the show goes on for 24/7 and 365 days a year.

The Utopia site is divided into two: A living space where Utopia residents spend time all day long, and technical rooms where all means of production are located.
The Utopia living space consists of following spaces:
* A shelter where contestants live,eat and sleep
* A recreation area, a pond and surroundings where contestants spend time outside the shelter
* A barn with 2 cows and 25 chickens
* A pasture for cows to graze on
* Agricultural land where contestants grow fruits and vegetables
System components were mounted in the main equipment room outside the living space, and 2 connection rooms within the living space but contestants can not have access to, and the major audio and video connections were performed between these rooms.
Connection rooms were situated behind the shelter and the barn. Images from many cameras were gathered in these rooms and conveyed to the main equipment room through single mode fiber cables since coaxial copper cables were unable to transmit picture signals at such a distance.
Electrical/optical and optical/electrical converters of HD SDI signals were products by Axon and Canare. Images from a total of 48 cameras gathered behind the shelter by Axon GFT80 (8 channel electrical to optical converter) were converted by Axon GFR80 (8 channel optical to electrical converter) at the headquarter while Canare EO-100B (E/O-Converter) and OE-101B (O/E-Converter) are put into use and imaged were conveyed to the main equipment room through some cameras around the shelter and the barn, and the cameras in the mid and side sections. Images from a total of 55 cameras through fiber cables and 40 cameras through coaxial cables were transmitted to the main equipment room.
Images from some cameras and audio from microphones were transmitted to the main equipment room through copper cables. There is a speaker system to convey voice mails to contestants in the shelter and outdoor living space.
Copper and fiber local network (LAN) connections enable to keep constant track of humidity and temperature of the system for control and monitoring.
All the cabling of the system was conducted through the main cable channel outside the living space with a surface access between connection rooms and the main equipment room, and subsurface flexible plastic pipes where cameras and microphones were situated.
A great number of cameras was a must not only for creating a unique drama perspective and sensation but also for Utopia itself.
100 pieces of HD SDI cameras with a streaming quality that allows to control through remote-control units help the technical crew to capture multi-angle dramatic scenes. 50 of them are equipped with outdoor shields that ensure thermostat control ventilation and heating.
A 360° camera mounted within the shelter enables to watch the entire shelter live.
Cameras for the shelter
Remote-control cameras were mounted at a lower level (135-180 cm) in an effort to consolidate Utopia's dramatic shoot. This is how we can shoot contestants at a low angle. A limited number of cameras were mounted at a higher angle (300-500 cm) in order to capture a master shot and monitor whatever was going on.
Cameras were covered in colorful foil to camouflage them while some of them were mounted on the profile. Some cameras were positioned in a way to shoot in both directions and sections considering the walls to be built by the contestants in the future.
Outdoor cameras were mounted on robust and fixed posts through guards with thermostat control heating and ventilation while the cables were shielded by running through a pipe. Most of the outdoor cameras with remote control were positioned with lens levels of 25, 130 and 180 cm to reinforce and consolidate Utopia's dramatic shooting. A limited number of cameras were mounted at a higher angle (5-10 m) in order to capture a master shot and monitor whatever was going on.
There were a total of 100 Sony remote control cameras including redundant ones as well as 2 pieces of BRC-Z700, 84 pieces of BRC-Z300, and 14 pieces of EVI-H100S. IR feature of EVI-H100S cameras allows to shoot in dark thanks to the IR vision coming into play when the light is off in the barn and the shelter. BRC-SDP 12 cameras were used with matching mounting kit as an outdoor guard while the reverse ones were covered in a custom-made rubber guard to avoid any water leakage.
Developed for Utopia fans, this multi-lens camera with the ability to shoot surround videos can capture, paste and render panoramic HD videos for live streaming. Viewers can rotate their mobile devices for 360 degree or press on down/up/right/left buttons of browsers and watch live streaming within the shelter.
This camera and the system is provided by Talpa.
Another component to create not only a unique drama scene for Utopia but also a sensation is high quality audio throughout the production. The final audio of the production is composed of a combination of audio recorded from wireless microphones with different settings, and 48 high quality effect microphones.
Each of 15 contestants has an individual wireless microphone, and thus it was required to meticulously plan, design and mount the wireless microphone system in order to have a low-powered transmitter and incessantly gather the voices of the contestants across the entire Utopia area since such microphones are battery powered. To avoid static noise, a frequency spectrum analysis was performed in the location where Utopia would be situated to use the perfect hardware after ascertaining the best frequency intervals.
In addition, a wide diversity antenna system was put into use while the reception of wireless microphones transmitters was optimized. A total of 9 antennas helped to acquire perfect sound off microphones of each contestant even in imperfect positions for the use of wireless microphones such as when they lie down or sit.
Audio track of each contestant is recorded for 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, and thus all the chats of any contestant can be saved as one single track for a year. This is how to have a high quality work flow to minimize human error.
8 wireless microphones are reserved for visitors of contestants, and tested by miking before they check into the contest area. Visitors are photographed and the photos are uploaded on an automatic audio control system.
The system consists of 24 DWT-B01 waist-type transmitters, ECM-77BC miniature lavalier microphone, 12 DWR-R02D dual receivers, 3 WD-850 UHF antenna splitters/combiners and 8 AN-01 UHF antennas.
Wired effect microphones are used in order to capture the noise of media volume, and make use of it for post-production, and capture voices of contestants who can not wear a wireless microphone due to one reason or another. A total of 47 shotgun-type effect microphones are put into use.
Since a part of the microphones are used for outdoor, some custom-made guards were used to make sure they would not be affected by rain or snow as they serve as wind breakers. These microphones were phantom-powered since they are capacitive.
47 pieces of ECM 674 effect microphones and Rycote Windshield Kit were used for outdoor guarding.
All the technical equipment on the site fed on an uninterruptible power supply while the generator steps in when the power is out.
In this room, two crews check on the broadcast for 24/7. 2 directors and 2 camera control operators in the first line of the video mixing desk perform 4 (PGM1/PGM2/ISO1/ISO2) broadcasts. It allows to perform more broadcasts or shoots when needed.
The second line is home to the story editor whose function is to watch the show to sustain the story, and guide 2 meta data operators by his/her side, and help to combine picture, audio and meta data. The third line consists of two audio mixers with fully automatic features requiring no operator.
All operators in the video mixing room can watch images of 95 cameras mounted across the site, and 4 live streaming outlet on multi-screens. This is why 6 pieces of 65 inch screens run in connection with a HD SDI picture matrix. Colored camera notes indicating what camera belongs to what section help to have tally lights on screens, pointing to the fact the selected content is on air. 6 Sony FWD-65W855P 65" BRAVIA Full HD LED screen was used.
Each director chooses his/her PGM and ISO outlets off the matrix panel. There are buttons of cameras for each part of the area on the panel in line with the form on multi screens and painted in same colors. In addition, directors can touch on-screen pictures of contestants, and thus open/close faders of their own channels on audio mixers. The intercom system allows to contact with the relevant camera control operator.
Camera control operator
A camera control operator checks on cameras selected on the matrix panel thanks to 2 remote-control panel in front of him/her. Images of the selected cameras are monitored on two OLED screens, and the cameras are enabled to take desired actions while it is transmitted to the operator by the tally light on the monitor when the same camera needs to be selected for the broadcast. In addition, one can change settings of light, color, filter etc. when needed, and save them on the control panel's memory and recall them. In addition to the intercom system, a test measurement device for these settings is available for each part of the area to contact with the director.
Meta data inlet
This position allows to view 4 live broadcasts divided into four on a LCD screen. Meta data inlets run through a web-based interface software and save all contents with audio and picture for 24/7.
This is where the intercom panel is situated to contact with both director, meta data inlet operators and editors. This panel makes it possible to transmit previously-recorded voice mails on touchscreen computers or its own sound to indoor and outdoor speaker systems. In addition, the touchscreen control (touching rems of contestants), and the pre-audio control of both audio desks allow to severally hear (solo) each contestant before faders.
The picture matrix control panel allows to choose 4 delayed live broadcasts on a screen divided into four on one of 2 picture monitors, and the image of any camera on the other. The keys that turn on/off tally light letting directors and meta data operators know thanks to specific keys on the panel when something major occurs allow to steer live online streaming to previously-selected cameras in case of an undesired situation. The story editor is also able to hear phone calls of contestants.
Two audio mixers directed by automation under normal circumstances are mounted in the video mixing room so as to intervene in case of an emergency or complication (live concert broadcast etc.).

Imagine Communication 9RU platinum picture matrix was mounted as 128x48, and there were 2 PX-SXP-64x6 multiviewers in the matrix.
To control cameras, 128-port RS-422 matrix required to run in conjugation with the picture matrix was Nevion SL-D128P+ while it was controlled by the Axon Cerebrum software. In addition to the Cerebrum software that runs on 2 individual servers with supplementary ones, 10 Axon CCP-4801 48 LCD key control panels were used in order to control matrices.
Axon Cerembrum software makes it possible for users to have multi-functional control panels with varying structures. For instance, 2 panels were combined for directors, and painted in the same color with multiviewer screens of all cameras in line with the same collating sequence or assigning them to keys in numerical order led to easy and error-free use.
The picture selected by panels to control cameras is viewed on Sony PVM-A170 OLED picture monitors in front of operators while Sony RM-BR300 remote control unit helps to change pan/tilt/zoom settings of cameras and perform brightness or color control.
in case a camera is selected for one more broadcasts out of 4 for the sake of camera control, then tally lights on the screen will be on and warn operators. Tally controls are performed by Axon Cerebrum system as well while cameras selected on big screens for live broadcast are shown in different tally colors. Turned on or off by a director or a story editor when a major story comes up, the tally light can be viewed both in live broadcast outlets on multiviewer screens and live broadcast monitors divided into four.
Imagine Communication CMN-91-3GB Compact Monitor Series multiformat signal analyzer with integral LCD helps to apply timing settings of all sources and other level settngs.
Multiviewers provide 6 big screens (a total of 95 cameras and 4 live broadcast outlets), and 3 types (live broadcast/recorded, delayed broadcast and emergency/delayed) of screens divided into 4.
B&B and WordClock Axon created by Imagine Communication VSG4SYSV fully-supplemented reference generator system was transmitted through servers to each camera, wireless microphone receivers and audio mixers. Imagine Communication X100-1RU-2PS Dual Channel Intelligent Frame Sync and Converter was put into use to synchronize for IR cameras with no reference inlet.
Yamaha DM-2000 VCM Digital Production Console Dugan-MY16 16 channel automatic mixing cards were used as audio mixers. Effect microphones were directed to analog inlets on which phantom feeds were conducted. Wireless microphone outlets were directed into both consoles as AES by being multiplied by Axon servers. The console control is performed by selecting contestants on touch screens through an automation software developed by TV8 IT group. Dugan-MY16 16 channel automatic mixing card allows to select only contestants that start to speak for nice and smooth transition to the main outlet, and the channel is automatically turned off when they are done speaking.
Both PGM1 and PGM2 audio outlets are combined with 24 wireless microphone outlets severally and with effect microphones in groups for each of 4 live broadcast/recorded picture signals selected for a picture matrix outlet, and a total of 64 channel audio records can be saved on the system thanks to Axon HEB880 16 channel digital audio embedder.
Clearcom ECLIPSE-HX-PICO 36-port intercom system allows to have dialogue among all users and contestants.
Bosch Plena system and speakers were used for indoor and outdoor speaker systems.
Remote control and monitoring system for 24/7
It was imperative to have a different structure than conventional production systems since the devices comprising the system called for an incessant and smooth run throughout the year. Therefore, it was necessary to identify not only fully-supplemented systems but also breaking or underperforming devices. So, the following software items were put into use for control and contiunous monitoring of all devices:

The mounting of the equipment provided by Ateksis was kicked off in the final week of September 2014 while construction was still under way, and some parts of the system were mobilized within the first 10 days, and some rehearsals were performed on a gradual basis. Following a 30-day intensive effort, the entire system was ready for broadcast in a trouble-free fashion, and kicked off on October 29, 2014. Other systems (video recording, editing and broadcast encoders) of the project were developed and mounted by other companies and TV8 Technology crew.
Communication of Utopia residents in Utopia
As Ateksis, we provide the Utopia contest with all the telephone and message communications through Mitel Mx-One TSE IP-based operator and an IP Dect system by Ascom. The pillar of communications for contestants to make money over the course of the contest is built on a dect telephone by Ascom connected to IP-based telephone switchboard by Mitel. Ascom d62 Dect telephones allow contestants to move swimmingly across the entire contest space...These telephones with IP44 standards are splashing-water and dust resistant. In addition, Ascom d62 Dect is a phone that can receive and send messages... This is how all the calls and SMS can be submitted to contestants...
How does the system work?
The TV management shares a GSM number with viewers as a result of the show's format. It is one single GSM number...Smart Mx-One IP Traffic Manager by Mitel directly submits all calls to contestants after they are processed by a smart audio response system. If a contestant gives a call to someone outside, this smart system steps in to enable him/her to communicate with anyone and the outside world. Those who give a call to contestants or want to buy a product or a service they provide dial a GSM number just like a cell phone number, and the calls are processed by a smart audio response system... This audio response system warns outside callers about the fact that their call would be recorded. All the calls and messages are recorded and filtered if necessary for the security of contestants and the contest itself. Another feature that makes the system unique is the Smart SMS management system by Ascoma. This system allows you to monitor all the messages sent for contestants. Any "SMS" message for contestants are detected by the message management system by Ascom, and submitted to contestants after the content is checked. All the numbers and the content of SMS messages are recorded and retrospectively checked.

Several locations are available in different brands of analog power plants institution, all power plants in locations shall be canceled, the sound operation of the infrastructure of data within a single structure in the intended use. To ensure the full voice integration of the system used in the analog DECT system to be established, Microsoft OCS program used by the Agency for text messaging was the development of targeted priority. This allows the full extent of the needs of MX-ONE TSE and CMG products. The adequacy of the technical services played an important role in product performance and preference.
Turkish Police, IP-PBX and VoIP in 81 sites
Turkish Police was one of the earliest adopters of Wide Area Networking in Turkey and their Department of Anti Smuggling and Organized Crime (KOM), was looking for an IP telephony solution. Their top priority was the reliable, secure, state-of-art and future proof solution which delivers the integrated and efficient communication throughout their operation.
KOM has chosen the state-of-art IP Telephony solution from Art Telekom, authorized partner of Ateksis. The solution consists of IP telephony solution at 81 cities of Turkey by using server based IP PBXes, IP and legacy wired terminals, DECT terminals for on-site mobility and central management for alarm and configuration for each site.
During installation phase, the other Ateksis’s partners, Dengebir and Delta, were joined to the team. Thanks for efforts of all parties, all the systems were installed and put into operation in 21 days.
We have installed all electronics, IT and visual systems of new parliamentary hall of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in 2006. For each parliamentary seats, there are delegate mic, channel selector for listening interpretation, card ID, voting panel, a touch secreen motorized monitor with thinclient terminal for viewing voting results, agenda and archieve documents. There are also two large video screens to display video, presentations, voting results and as well as display speakers. With automatic camera control software, cameras instantly turns to speaker and display the name and previously recorded data of the speakers. A special custom design software has been developed and integrated with Bosch DCN software, in order to meet for specific operations and adaptation with Azerbaijan Language.
Salekhard City Theatre
This is a good example of our projects completed in extreme geografical regions. The main contractor YAMATA construction company, has asked us to implement the Sound, Lighting, and Video Systems projects which has been released by government authorities of Salekhard. We have supplied all equipment, Community Loudspeakers, Lab Gruppen Amplifiers, JBL Cinema systems, Christie Cinema Projector, Martin Robotic Lights, High End Robotic Projectors and Sony video and editing systems. This multipurpose hall is being used for shows, theathers and concerts.
All cabling, installation, as built projects, commisioning and training has been realized by Ateksis' team.
Tim Maslak Show Center
Thanks to Mr. Turker Inanoglu who has invested alot in the most prestigious show center in Istanbul. This show center project is one of our typical project which we have implemented all of Ateksis’s product range. Starting with Building Electronics like CCTV, Fire Alarm, Voice Evaquation, SMATV and building automation, then Conference and Interpretation systems, Video Display systems, Professional Sound and Lighting as well as Broadcast systems. The show center is in operation since 2005 and has hosted many worldwide known shows.
All design, cabling, wiring, installation, commisioning and training has ben realized by Ateksis team.
Ülker Arena Technology Partner; Ateksis
The hall was built by taking the halls where NBA matches were played as an example, and in accordance with the higher technology and comfort standards. Fenerbahçe International Sports Complex -Ülker Sports Arena- is a candidate for becoming a shining star of Turkish basketball with its 13.850 people capacity, its modern equipment and comfort.
At the lodges viewing the entire of the hall, the guests are provided with any kind of comfort. There are 44 highly luxurious lodges at the hall and all of them have been already sold out months ago. The fans bought the lodges will be able to watch not only the matches of Fenerbahçe, but also any concerts, national matches, and other organizations freely.
High End and Altman products were used for show lighting system. Within this scope, 14 High End Showgun moving head spots were installed at the hall roof. High End Roadhog Fullboar lighting control desk and DMX network enlargement units were used for the control of such spots. Walkways and entrances/exits at the tribunes were lightened through Altman ellipsoidal spots. Altman freshnel spots were used for the stage lighting of press briefing hall.
A digital audio network special to audio system has been formed within the building. Audio system amplifiers were placed at special rooms close to their broadcasting sections, and the broadcast was transmitted to such rooms from center via digital cobranet signals over fiber optic cables. BSS digital signal processors and HP network keys were used for the digital audio network configuration.
There is also a training site larger than the field of many teams within the complex. Here it was also used 6 set line array speakers including 5 VRX928 array speakers and 2 VRX915 subwoofers for each of the tribunes at both sides. Also it’s possible to audio broadcast through portable live broadcast cabinets during the trainings and matches via the multi-channel audio connections at the field side.
In the event of emergency such as fire, etc., any speakers at the audio system enter into the control of fire system via the special automatic switching systems, and so automatic emergency announcements can be made for entire building.
The safe communication need during the activities is met by using 4-channel intercom connection sockets placed throughout the building at catwalks on the roof, dressing rooms, referee rooms as well as connection boxes at the field side, and with the Clear Com intercom matrix as well as portable Clear Com intercom units.
For the infrastructure of live broadcast, the broadcast connection boards placed any potential camera positions, Canare and Neutrik fiber optic, triax, BNC and XLR audio connectors, as well as the cables supplied by the manufacturers such as Canare and Belden were used. The whole infrastructure is centralized at the connection center near the platform where outside broadcast vehicles will park. The outside broadcast vehicles parking there can access 30 live broadcast connection points around the facility over the connection cabinets. There are three different standard video and audio connection opportunities at each point; Triax, Fiber and Coax. Also coax and audio connection panels are used for the distribution of live broadcast signals at 6 different areas where press members will watch the matches.
TRT Cocuk, Full HD Virtual Studio
Turkish Radio and TV Corporation(TRT) has awarded Ateksis to install a full HD Virtual Studio for TRT Cocuk Channel in Istanbul. We have completed this studio in 4 months and put in the operation in the beginning of April 2009. There are mainly three sets of Sony HDC-1400 camera chain, Sony MVS-8000 video swither, Studer Vista5 audio mixing console, Orad virtual studio HW&SW on Vinten e-heads and Jimmy Jib.
Ateksis at Haydar Aliyev Center Project
Haydar Aliyev Center Project (HAMP)’ the construction of which continues at Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, will be one of the most important projects of the era when it is completed. The project of Zaha Hadid known for her imaginative designs is completely different from architecture of the city and it changes the architectural understanding in Baku. Apart from having a totally new architectural style different from other buildings at the city, the complex attracts special attraction across the country as it bears the name of Azerbaijani leader, Haydar Aliyev.
The project covers 101.000 sqm in total including the main building, parking lot, linking tunnel, technical center and landscape areas. Parking lot of the building, the foundation of which was laid in September 2007, was completed, and swimming pools, green fields and ramps were designed over the four-storey parking lot below the ground and within the landscape areas by Zaha Hadid.
The contractor company of HAMP project is “DİA Holding”, an affiliate of IC INVESTMENT Holding and INTERSUN Holding. It was a primary concern to ensure any systems to be used in the weak current of the building are in harmony of the architectural aesthetics. Product supply as well as installation and commissioning services for the Fire Alarm system in which the award-wining, aesthetic and invisible fire detectors of Bosch preferred by architectures were used, General Audio and Announcement, Card Pass, Gas Detection and BIS (Building Integration System) solutions are carried out by the technical team of Ateksis.
Ateksis, Partner of Hilton Bursa Convention Center&Spa and Hampton by Hilton Bursa Hotels
The hotels of Hilton Bursa Convention Center & Spa and Hampton by Hilton Bursa constructed and operated by Durmazlar Makine, one of the world’s leading manufacturers for metal treatment machines, and providing 3-star and 5-star concepts all together for the first time in Turkey have been put into practice. The IP closed circuit television system (CCTV), fire detection and alarm system, emergency announcement system, card pass system, and the application of Bosch security systems integration software where the 4 systems specified above are controlled under a common roof, which are used in both facilities, have been installed by Ateksis. The hotels of Hilton Bursa Convention Center & Spa and Hampton by Hilton Bursa have 35 thousand sqm space in total. Hampton, the 3-Star application of Hilton Hotels, has been practiced in Bursa for the first time in the world. The first one of the hotels, which were constructed side to side but independent of each other, the 5-Star Hilton Bursa Convention Center & Spa has 187 guest rooms 12 out of which are suits, 3 executive floors independent of other floors and an executive lounge enlivened by Uludag mountains scene, 12 meeting rooms in total 3 of which are VIP and all of which receive daylight, one closed ballroom with the capacity of 1200 people, one open ballroom with the capacity of 800 people, the Brasserie Restaurant providing service whole day by combining different cultures’ flavours with the Mediterranean Cuisine, the Atrium Lounge and Patisserie Vivienne for happy tea times or snacks, the Skylight Restaurant & Bar having a unique scene and rich options from world cuisines, the Spa & Wellness center with Uludag mountains scene including closed swimming pool, fitness hall, Turkish bath, sauna, massage rooms, steam bath and resting places, and the Speedy Entertainment Centre for an exciting experience with life-sized formula cars. 3-Star Hampton by Hilton Bursa, on the other hand, includes 107 guest rooms, the Lobby Restaurant, a fitness center and a fully-equipped meeting hall.
Fire Detection and Alarm Systems
Modular fire alarm panel FPA-5000 series of Bosch has been used at the facilities. Addressed fire alarm panel with the capacity of 20 loops has been used for Hilton section, while 12 loop fire alarm panel has been used for Hampton section. The system has approximately 3000 address capacity. Two panels operate as network and the states of the FMR-5000 series recurrence panel in lobby as well as of two panels can also be monitored at the lobby. In the sections available for customers’ common use in the hotel such as ballroom, meeting rooms, lobby, etc., Bosch’s invisible series fire alarm detectors were used and a highly classy appearance was provided architecturally. It was intended to detect any possibility of a potential fire as early as possible by locating equipment in a way that it’s possible to sense throughout the hotel by taking Hilton and Turkey standards into consideration. System runs as integrated with the mechanical systems within hotel, and it is monitored and controlled with entrance/exit modules where mechanical systems are used. The whole system is integrated with Bosch Security Integration Software (BIS), and it can be monitored and controlled via the graphic display monitoring and control software.
Emergency Announcement System
Prasedio digital series of Bosch was used and the system has a 59-zone capacity in total and it’s integrated with the fire alarm system. System zoning has been made according to the fire alarm release plan. Bosch’s announcement speakers which are in harmony with the architectural plan were used in the system. As specific music broadcasting system was used at general volumes, no separate emergency announcement speakers were used for such volumes, and the specific music broadcasting system and emergency announcement system used at such locations were integrated and so cost benefit was ensured.
Card Pass System
The most recent series of Bosch, the AMC series, was used. With the placement of card readers at specific volumes, it was prevented for customers and non-authorized persons to access such special sections. Fingerprint readers were used at the sections requiring high level security such as IT room in order to provide top protection. It was provided to track personnel by 1 turnstile located at the staff entrance. Also the fire exit doors are monitored by magnetic contacts installed on doors and the card pass system, and the alarm information is monitored by the system when such doors are used. Card pass system is also integrated with Bosch Security Integration Software (BIS), and the whole system can be monitored and controlled via the graphic display monitoring and control software. All entrances/exits can be monitored via the software and followed via the Autocad plan of the hotel.
IP CCTV System
IP series cameras of Bosch were used together with VRM series software. There are approximately 250 IP cameras within the hotel. Architectural aesthetics has been provided by using elegant dome cameras of Bosch at the volumes having suspended ceiling. Cameras appropriate for the location were used at the whole building and its surrounding inclusive of bed corridors within the hotel, and so the whole building and its surrounding can be monitored. Thanks to the Bosch IVA licensed cameras used, ‘Smart Image Analysis’ is made at general volumes. System is monitored on 4 32” and 4 19” monitors located at the security room. CCTV system is also integrated with Bosch Building security Integration Software (BIS).
Bosch Building Security Integration Software (BIS)
Fire alarm system, card pass system and CCTV system are operated as integrated, and they are monitored and controlled over the software. The software is licensed for 3000 points, 64 doors, 2000 card readers, 500 visitors, and 100 IP cameras in total. The status information of the system can be monitored via the icons placed on the building’s Autocad plans over software.
Application of A/V Systems
Hilton Bursa Convention Center & Spa has a great deal of major functions within its structure, as is evident from its name. There are 9 meeting rooms at the mezzanine, each of which is of different sizes. Some of them can be combined when needed in order to have a larger meeting and conference halls.
Architectural structures of the halls were designed and applied as highly suitable for multi-purpose use, and the video/data projectors hidden into the ceiling at all halls are used by activating them automatically with the automation system installed at each room together with the projection screen. Creston automation system was implemented for all such halls, and with such systems, it has become possible to prepare the hall for a conference in a second when they are used both alone and as combined.
The control of audio and video systems as well as ambient conditions (heat, lighting, and daylight curtains, etc.) is provided through wall-type button panels, desktop touch LCD panels, and touch wide-screen wireless panels available in each room.
Also there are 3 VIP meeting halls 1 of which is quite large. No one of the meeting rooms and/or halls requires technical personnel during utilization. Any functions required can be provided by the user only with a single key. Thanks to this system which was designed by eliminating human factor completely, all meetings and conferences can be held smoothly.
The ballroom was designed as it’s possible to divide into two parts, and technically equipped in a way that will meet the optimum conditions of use for congress/conferences as well as balls, and the meetings with live performances.
Hilton & Hampton by Hilton Bursa is in the foreground with its Spa, apart from being a congress/conference center. It’s 5 massage rooms, 1 of them is VIP- were fitted with Hi-Fi audio system allowing a different music option for each.
Bose loudspeakers were chosen for common spaces (lobby, patisserie, restaurants, executive lounge, Skylight Restaurant, game center) for high quality music broadcast, and Bittner Audio power amplifiers were used there; and any local control interfaces and signal processors were projected and applied as Creston. Control of ambient conditions (heating, lighting and daylight curtains, etc.) except A/V systems in such spaces above is provided through wall-type touch LCD panels and touch wide-screen wireless panels located on the related sections.
Ateksis Transformed CCTV System of Sabanci University into IP
Bosch analog cameras preferred by Sabancı University for CCTV system were transformed into IP through encoders with the project the installations of which were carried out by Ateksis.
The security surveillance of Sabanci University Campus Area, Student Dormitories, Parking Places, and Nanotechnology Research and Application Center (SUNUM) building is provided with 479 Bosch cameras, and the CCTV system which was formerly installed with analog cameras has been converted into IP by Ateksis via VIPX 1600 series encoders.
With the use of VIPX 1600 series encoders, the formerly installed analog cameras continued to be used, and so the investment made previously has been let off being inactive. Thus, the advantage of flexible management of the IP system was benefited for the CCTV system within the campus having a distributed structure. 2 monitoring points have been created for the solution in which fixed-dome and 465 VDC Series flexi-dome cameras were used. In the project where Archive Player Software has been used the VRM Software, 5 ISCSI units -2 12TB and 3 24TB- with 96TB capacity in total were used as Recording System.
For the card pass system of the recently constructed Nanotechnology Research and Application Center (SUNUM) building, on the other hand, the trademark of Bosch was used again, and most of the card readers within the building are fingerprint readers. It’s planned to replace any pass control units of the card pass systems previously installed within the university with Bosch trademark, and to have all card pass systems of the university become Bosch branded over time. The card pass system controlled via Bosch Security Integration Software (BIS) has 10000 user licenses and it has the capacity to expand when required with the additional licenses. The Bosch branded CCTV system installed runs as integrated with the Card Pass system over Bosch Security Management Software (BIS). At the system set up by Ateksis, when alarm is signaled from Card Pass System through the integration software, the display of the related camera is transferred to the monitoring screen of BIS software. The card pass system and CCTV system on Building Integration System (BIS) are controlled over a single software and so it has been ensured for systems to run as integrated.
Ateksis Sounds New Subway Line of Istanbul – M3
General sound and emergency announcement systems of M3 subway line were implemented by Ateksis
General sound and emergency announcement systems of M3 subway line which will be put into service in the upcoming days were also implemented by Ateksis after T1 line and Metrobus line at the rail system of Istanbul.
With the M3 subway line intended to be opened in the upcoming days; the Istanbulites will have a new subway route. Total length of the M3 line which is designed in accordance with the 180 m trains having 8 parts is 15,9 km. The passenger transport capacity of the line is 70.000 per hour with 11 stations. With the transit to be carried out at Kirazli station, this line will link the passengers to M1 line (Aksaray to Airport) and, on future dates, to the Marmaray.
While any construction and electromechanical works were carried out by Gülermak – Doğuş Ordinary Partnership for M3 line, the general sound and emergency announcement systems were projected by Ateksis.
Most significant criterion: sound clarity
Stating that the most significant criterion for a subway station is the clarity of sound, the specialists also declares that it’s important for such clarity factor to be stable any time and in any circumstances, and to keep the same level both at the rush hour and at the most isolated time.
The working process initiated with the EASE works carried out for all stations has been continuing with the acoustic simulations created by the project engineers by moving architectural projects into the EASE environment and the determination of the proper locations and numbers of loudspeakers at the stations through EASE simulations. Then, microphones measuring the noise and changing the output of amplifiers automatically according to the ambient noise level are implemented in order to control automatic sound levels. In this way, it’s ensured that the sound of announcements is high-level when the number of passengers is high and when the train comes; while it is low-level when the passenger number is less. The main target herein is to keep volume of the announcement above the noise at all times in a way that will not disturb passengers.
The process of determining field equipments is followed by the stage of the selection of central equipments at the stations.
The system chosen must be a system;
• that latency and equalizer settings of which may be performed at its outlets in order to enhance clarity factor (DSP),
• Speaker lines of which are supervised, that can be followed both at the station and at the center in the states of open-circuit and closed-circuit,
• that auxiliary amplifiers are immediately enabled automatically in case of any amplifier failure at the stations,
• that the stations can be monitored and controlled at a centre via TCP/IP network, and that the sound signal from center to local is moved via TCP/IP network,
• that it’s possible to announce from both local and center, that can give priority for central announcements, That can announce for separate zones at the same time,
• That can make central (informing / advertisement) and local (emergency / evacuation) automatic announcements,
• that is open for integrations to be intended in the future with the 3rd party systems such as passenger informing via OPC structure,
• that has its system amplifiers on separate floors as required by the locations of some stations, but operates the system as a whole,
• that is easy to operate and user-friendly.
The solutions that will meet all of the demands specified above have been provided and applied with the combination of engineering skills and experience of Ateksis and the power of Bosch Praesideo series digital system.
Central configuration stages
At the first stage of central configuration, the central control software was developed, which runs on a touch screen computer. Such software designed according to special requirements of the project provides opportunity for operators to choose stations and sub-sections of the stations on the touch screen, and to make any announcement they wish.
At the second stage, the local system center has been designed in accordance with the amplifier calculations conforming to the power of loudspeakers at each station. Bosch Praesideo NCO units used as system admin at the stations perform the tasks such as automatic volume control, latency, equalizer, line supervision, auxiliary amplifier control, and announcement prioritization. With the 28-channel structure of Praesideo system, the music broadcasting, local announcements as well as central announcements may be performed at the same time.
At the third stage, priority planning has been done within the system.

It’s possible to move both sound and control information by performing the communication between the center and stations via inter-stationTCP/IP network system.
The designed and applied system has a modular structure, and it’s suitable for both local additions and station locations.
Also, there are 650 Bosch cameras supplied by Ateksis at CCTV part of the same project.

Medipol Mega Hospitals Complex
Building electronic system of Medipol Mega Hospitals Complex has been put into practice by Ateksis. All systems of the project which was initiated with the frame of the hospital and expanded continuously with the additions of oncology hospital, cardiovascular hospital and parking place have an ever-expanding structure accordingly. Recently, a dental hospital was integrated with the main frame in the project, and the expansions were realized smoothly thanks to Ateksis engineering and the flexibility of Bosch products.
Bosch BIS software was used in the cabin of the system and thus it was ensured that the fire detection, card pass and CCTV systems could communicate with each other on the basis of software and that the operators could monitor and manage the system over floor plans of the building.
Within the hospital complex, the fire safety has been provided through control panels of FPA 5000 series networked each other, and 32 FPA 5000 control panels may be networked each other.
Announce system was configured as 36-zone, and it was made possible for it to enlarge with router additions as the hospital complex expanded. Bosch Controller unit communicating directly with the fire panel could perform the functions of airplay, manual announcement and automatic emergency announcement all at the same time.
CCTV system was built as hybrid. Analog cameras within the complex go to network via IP encoder units, and they are monitored and operated with IP cameras of 720p resolution.
Analog cameras record on 700 series recorders, while IP cameras record on ISCSI recording units. Despite such different recording media, it has been ensured that monitoring and operating may be performed on a single interface.
Access control panels with AMC card from Bosch professional series run over TCP/IP network through BIS software. With 170 card readers in total, the authorized entrances / exits can be controlled via Bosch card pass system throughout the building.
Also any controls regarding the meetings such as lift projector, curtain, presentation selector, lighting, and music source are being controlled by Creston automation system, and can be operated over iPad.
